Sporfian Venom: Terrible service I would give it a 0/10. As soon as I walk in I ask for the prices for my nails and they were reasonable but when I had finished they asked for more money. The staff there do not even finish their tasks. It is very unprofessional and you cannot enjoy your experience without having to move around the whole shop just to get your nails done. I wouldn't recommend it to people because I feel like all the manager is interested in is money and not how the customers feel. All this is from one experience.The shop used to be good and I did enjoy it but these last few vists were horrible. As well as the treatments they state that they are highly professional, they were rubbish they just placed oil and a plastic bag over it and wanted to charge me a lot of money!! They are better off not running a business if they do not know how to handle it. They had charged 1000 LE just to put jel on the nails (which two people were trying to use at the same time) and put oil on your hand and add a plastic bag on it. If that is what you call a ”treatment” then I don't know what is.and they want to charge you 550 Le for this!! With the experience I had at this nail salon I Do Not recommended this place whatsoever and it should be closed down. And with the service received it probably will be.

We made an appointment and called to reschedule the time they told us that they do not make appointments which makes zero sense since because we already had one! She said just come in anytime and we will take you. When we arrived the receptionist and one of the girls were at the front desk were chatting away (wish I got their names) and did not even acknowledge us. We had to interrupt their conversation in order to get any sort of customer service. Then she proceeded to tell us an hour wait. We were so upset because of the lack of communication when we called in the morning. Abir (I believe the manager) said she would take us right away and to pick out our colors. About 20 minutes later the owner Gina (SO RUDE!!!) came over to me and made me feel so uncomfortable told me that we were wrong for getting upset and told the girl waiting on me to hurry up and not take her time with me. There are no clear prices, I think they ripped us off and upped the prices. We only stayed because we were going to a wedding but had we had nothing to do we would have walked right out. I questioned going to them because they had 3 stars - I would give them ZERO stars! Worst customer service!! They up the prices for different nail brands (so weird!!) Please save yourself time!!
Vera Halvorsen: I went twice. The first time I wanted navy gel polish, but the colour was old and transparent so they sloppily mixed it with black. I wanted glitter on two nails on each hand but they spilled a lot, leading to a bit of glitter on all nails. The second time they roughly filed two millimeters off my already short nails without asking and exposed sensitive red areas under my nails. The colour was again transparent and uneven.

When I called, the owner warned me that there might be a long wait, which I was totally fine with, but that I could come in and hangout while I wait. I ended up waiting no more than 15 minutes for what turned out to be one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had! The owner spoke English, so she was able to communicate everything I needed/wanted to her employers, who were also so wonderful and nice. This salon really seems to work as a team, which was really nice to see, and the owner checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Without a doubt, if I’m ever back in Egypt, this is where I’ll come to get my nails done!!!! 100000% recommend!!!!!

I only ever tried the nail services, but with such a pleasant and professional attitude, especially from the owner, I'm sure all their services would be a pleasant experience. Guaranteed you'd walk out the door happy.A bonus I don't see often is that they are hygienic and clean.

Mariam Sadek: I don’t recommend this place at all!!I did regular manicure and pedicure.The sink wasn’t clean and the tables were extremely disgusting!! The 2 girls who were working there weren’t professional and I wasn’t comfortable being there.They use really bad quality of nail polish, I did pedicure first so the nail polish can dry while I’m doing manicure (it took the girl around an hour) when I got to wear my socks, the nail polish came off!!!! Same happened with my manicure it was taking sooooo much time to dry and I was getting bored and wanted to leave so I left with really bad nails! They were supposed to use the UV lamp like any other salon but they didn’t…another thing is that the girl cut my cuticles wrong in more than 1 finger and it was bleeding non stop!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Yasmine Metwally: Very disappointed from the service. Most of the staff (with the exception of 2 very nice ladies) have a very bad attitude and don’t make you feel welcomed at all. Moreover, waiting times are too long between one thing to the other. I went in for gel removal & manicure, and i stayed almost 1.5 hours and left very unsatisfied at the end… Last but not least, as soon as they knew i hadn’t done my gel in Nour Nails they all said removal is going to be on your responsibility in a very hostile way. They were also in a hurry to put my top coat and i left with smudged nails and just didn’t want to put up with it anymore, went home and fixed it myself. Also, really overpriced for the quality they offer.
