They were helpful at first then later started to speak to me with an attitude, not answer my messages, and dismiss my concerns like it’s nothing. Gabriella Benedetti: I’m a solo traveler and tourist from New York City, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this nail salon. When I called, the owner warned me that there might be a long wait, which I was totally fine with, but that I could come in and hangout while I wait. I ended up waiting no more than 15 minutes for what turned out to be one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had! The owner spoke English, so she was able to communicate everything I needed/wanted to her employers, who were also so wonderful and nice. This salon really seems to work as a team, which was really nice to see, and the owner checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Without a doubt, if I’m ever back in Egypt, this is where I’ll come to get my nails done!!!! 100000% recommend!!!!!

I live in Abu Dhabi and had yet to find the same quality in salon experience untill someone recommended Rosie's 😍 I went for my wedding nails so booked a senior technician. Sohair did my nails and she did them just how I like and they looked amazing! I showered her what I want, (which was natural ombre nails, square round, short) and she did it exactly! The manager Rosie even came over to meet me and she said they specialize in ombres and have a special technique they use. I HIGHLY recommend them! The atmosphere/decor is super cute and clean too! I took my mother with me as well and I'd assume from the looks we were getting and the minimal English spoken, they don't get alot of expats in, but hopefully they get to be a little more welcoming in that area over time, inshallah. Overall it was just the experience and quality I was looking for. Thanks for the beautiful wedding nails!! 💅🏽 **video was taken a week after so they aren't fresh, but still look great!! **

Joannitte Rodriguez: I walked in without an appointment and waited about 20 minutes for a nail tech to give me a gel manicure. I was quite pleased as they seemed to require appointments. I had powder on my nails so the removal scared me as in the US where I’m from they remove it with nail polish remover - here she removed it like you would gel, with a machine. 😳😳 At one point I jumped in pain as it hurt badly as she worked on one nail… I am still nervous about what my nail beds will look like when I get home and remove this gel BUT overall the service was good, the manicure is beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised. I don’t know how long they will last as I’m writing this two hours post visit but if I had to do my nails again I would go back. The price was very reasonable and they speak English so you’re able to communicate with the employees even if you don’t speak Arabic.
Lorna Heacock: Loved it! I received blissful, relaxing service in an elegant, CLEAN and quiet atmosphere. (Think no televisions blaring, no people yelling.) I am Canadian, and do not speak Arabic. I was easily able to arrange an appointment on What’s App, and they called an Uber to take me back to my hotel nearby. Thanks, Rosie!
Alaa AbouBakr Hashem: I found a gem! My first time here, I did a classic pedicure and manicure. Menna took good care of me. The place is sparkling, its new and very clean, they have been opem for 4 years. Prices are very reasonable and competitive compared to other places in zayed (I paid half of what I pay elsewhere). Loved the music, aesthetic and atmosphere, relaxing. Excellent results with the mani and pedi. Will definitely go back.

Lm: The first time I went the nail technician did a great job, i got so many compliments on my nails. However, the second time she wasn’t there and the woman who did my nails did a horrible job☹️ the shapes are soo un even the layers are too thick and messy & it was just simple color nails wothouttt design unlike the previous one. Disappointed & can’t believe both were done at the same place 🤯… my advice is go here but choose wisely 😂 maybe ask the one who’ll be doing ur nails to show u photos of her previous work…
Nancy Myrick: A few days ago, I returned to this great nail place after my first visit to Cairo in 2019. It was an amazing experience, outstanding service, and great prices. I am an American and do not speak Arabic but the nail salon staff was very kind, professional, and understanding. This is the best nail service I have received and I have traveled extensively throughout the world. My favorite nail color is mostly light. My nail technician did an amazing job. On my 2nd visit to Egypt this year, I brought a friend who also loved the nail services Rosie's Nail Salon provided. They even got us a taxi after we were finished. I will definitely come back to this place.

Nadine Britain: The first decent place I have been to in Cairo due to professionalism, cleanliness, and quality of work. The girls were very nice and gentle and made sure that I was satisfied through the process. I had lovely nail art done by someone who actually knows something about it. The only thing was that she applied a little bit too much glue with the nail extension so it took extra time to remove. I would only improve the manicure experience to include more lotion and oil care for the hands and nails. But overall I am very happy with the outcome and will be back.

A week after one of the acrylic nails got broken from the edges. Not recommended

Charlotte Guerrier: Surtout n’allez pas dans cet institut. Je venais pour du gel, mes ongles n’étaient pas longs donc on m’a proposé du gel avec un traitement pour qu’ils soient mieux. J’ai dis ok, j’ai fait confiance. Mais c’était n’importe quoi, la fille m’a mis le traitement, puis du verni normal, puis un top gel, puis encore du verni normal et un top normal. Bref, au total + de 10 couches de vernis sur chaque ongles… je ne savais pas quoi faire. Je suis rentrée chez moi j’avais des trous dans la couleur, j’y suis retournée le lendemain pour leur demander de récupérer mon argent. Ils m’ont dit que je devais tout enlever pour récupérer mon argent. Alors j’ai dis ok mais je savais que ça allait beaucoup abîmer mes ongles, le gel avait été fait la veille. Et ils le savaient aussi bien sûr c’est évidement ! Maintenant j’ai 3 doigts qui saignent tellement ils ont frotté avec la lime et un qui est infecté, il a doublé de volume. Sans parler de mes ongles qui sont extrêmement fragilisés.J’ai l’habitude d’aller à Tarek Nails à Heliopolis mais ayant déménagé je voulais essayer cette boutique à Maadi. Vraiment c’est horrible j’ai trop mal et je ne sais pas combien de temps je vais devoir attendre pour remettre du vernis.Je voulais publier les photos mais je ne sais pas comment faire, ils ont de la chance.Service:Gel manicures
