Salma Helmy: What stands out most is the attitude of the owner and the workers there; everyone is genuinely wanting you to feel good about your experience, they would repeat or modify endlessly until you're happy with the results, and they answered my endless questions about the process as a nail newbie with openness and enthusiasm to share their knowledge. I only ever tried the nail services, but with such a pleasant and professional attitude, especially from the owner, I'm sure all their services would be a pleasant experience. Guaranteed you'd walk out the door happy.A bonus I don't see often is that they are hygienic and clean.

Mariam Sadek: I don’t recommend this place at all!!I did regular manicure and pedicure.The sink wasn’t clean and the tables were extremely disgusting!! The 2 girls who were working there weren’t professional and I wasn’t comfortable being there.They use really bad quality of nail polish, I did pedicure first so the nail polish can dry while I’m doing manicure (it took the girl around an hour) when I got to wear my socks, the nail polish came off!!!! Same happened with my manicure it was taking sooooo much time to dry and I was getting bored and wanted to leave so I left with really bad nails! They were supposed to use the UV lamp like any other salon but they didn’t…another thing is that the girl cut my cuticles wrong in more than 1 finger and it was bleeding non stop!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The first time I see a place where angry customers come out and they do not like them. The female employees are ready to sit and talk with the unit for hours to convince them that the account is extra because of the services that I did and they did not ask for or do anything as if they agreed and strengthened them. Sporfian Venom: Terrible service I would give it a 0/10. As soon as I walk in I ask for the prices for my nails and they were reasonable but when I had finished they asked for more money. The staff there do not even finish their tasks. It is very unprofessional and you cannot enjoy your experience without having to move around the whole shop just to get your nails done. I wouldn't recommend it to people because I feel like all the manager is interested in is money and not how the customers feel. All this is from one experience.The shop used to be good and I did enjoy it but these last few vists were horrible. As well as the treatments they state that they are highly professional, they were rubbish they just placed oil and a plastic bag over it and wanted to charge me a lot of money!! They are better off not running a business if they do not know how to handle it. They had charged 1000 LE just to put jel on the nails (which two people were trying to use at the same time) and put oil on your hand and add a plastic bag on it. If that is what you call a ”treatment” then I don't know what is.and they want to charge you 550 Le for this!! With the experience I had at this nail salon I Do Not recommended this place whatsoever and it should be closed down. And with the service received it probably will be.

Rawia Salama: Highly do not recommend! We made an appointment and called to reschedule the time they told us that they do not make appointments which makes zero sense since because we already had one! She said just come in anytime and we will take you. When we arrived the receptionist and one of the girls were at the front desk were chatting away (wish I got their names) and did not even acknowledge us. We had to interrupt their conversation in order to get any sort of customer service. Then she proceeded to tell us an hour wait. We were so upset because of the lack of communication when we called in the morning. Abir (I believe the manager) said she would take us right away and to pick out our colors. About 20 minutes later the owner Gina (SO RUDE!!!) came over to me and made me feel so uncomfortable told me that we were wrong for getting upset and told the girl waiting on me to hurry up and not take her time with me. There are no clear prices, I think they ripped us off and upped the prices. We only stayed because we were going to a wedding but had we had nothing to do we would have walked right out. I questioned going to them because they had 3 stars - I would give them ZERO stars! Worst customer service!! They up the prices for different nail brands (so weird!!) Please save yourself time!!
Vera Halvorsen: I went twice. The first time I wanted navy gel polish, but the colour was old and transparent so they sloppily mixed it with black. I wanted glitter on two nails on each hand but they spilled a lot, leading to a bit of glitter on all nails. The second time they roughly filed two millimeters off my already short nails without asking and exposed sensitive red areas under my nails. The colour was again transparent and uneven.

Gabriella Benedetti: I’m a solo traveler and tourist from New York City, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this nail salon. When I called, the owner warned me that there might be a long wait, which I was totally fine with, but that I could come in and hangout while I wait. I ended up waiting no more than 15 minutes for what turned out to be one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had! The owner spoke English, so she was able to communicate everything I needed/wanted to her employers, who were also so wonderful and nice. This salon really seems to work as a team, which was really nice to see, and the owner checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Without a doubt, if I’m ever back in Egypt, this is where I’ll come to get my nails done!!!! 100000% recommend!!!!!

Chinnu Madhukumar: I took hair coloring service from this place and it was the worst experience ever had. I have been doing hair color for almost 7 years now and never have seen the technique of backcombing each section of hair and then applying hair color. This process was really painful while doing the hair wash, broke several stands of hair as wet hair becomes very difficult to comb. After all this tedious work, they realized that the color was not as expected, then they decided to cover up their mistake by just applying hair dye! This was insane. All the time they told me that they applied conditioner and stuff. The whole process took almost 4 hours. They charged me 1400 LE and asked if I was happy which is a ridiculous question. Once I started to wash my hair I realized that the dye started to bleed out and the actual golden hair color( which they covered up) started to show up.After consulting my hairstylist back in India, I realized that my hair was completely damaged and I am finding it difficult to maintain now.I am sure there are many people out there with similar experiences. Please share the review so that people don’t get cheated.This is an honest review. Leena O.k: من اسوء تجارب حياتي رحت اشيل الجل بوليش جرحلي صوابعي بالمبرد الخشن وهو بيبرد الجل بيسلخ الجلد حوالين الصباع وبعدها حرقني لانه حط اسيتون عالجروح !!! اديتو فرصه وقالي هستخدم الجهاز بدل المبرد برضو كان بيوصل للضافر نفسولغايت ما مشي وندالي واحد اسمه حسن حمدلله كمل الباقي كويس بس دي اول واخر مره لان حتى اللي واقف عالكاشير كان رده ليا اسف اعملها مساج تعويض!!!! هوا دا تعويض بعد ما سلخلي جلدي جايبلي حد لسه بيدرب وبيقولي والله بيعمل الضوافر حلو ! عموما النجمه دي لو كنت اقدر محطهاش مكنتش هحطهاحتى الفوطه اللي كانت بتشتغل عليها وحده قبلي مع زبونه مغيرهاش انا اللي قلتلو يغيرها مفيش اي دقه فالشغل

Dina AAK: I went to the dokki branch twice and came out unhappy both times. Overpriced for sure, but I don't mind paying if it was worth it. Definitely was not worth it; I got cut both times, both times the girls doing my nails are talking and laughing with others, not really paying attention. The guy in the front looks really uptight. Charlotte Guerrier: Surtout n’allez pas dans cet institut. Je venais pour du gel, mes ongles n’étaient pas longs donc on m’a proposé du gel avec un traitement pour qu’ils soient mieux. J’ai dis ok, j’ai fait confiance. Mais c’était n’importe quoi, la fille m’a mis le traitement, puis du verni normal, puis un top gel, puis encore du verni normal et un top normal. Bref, au total + de 10 couches de vernis sur chaque ongles… je ne savais pas quoi faire. Je suis rentrée chez moi j’avais des trous dans la couleur, j’y suis retournée le lendemain pour leur demander de récupérer mon argent. Ils m’ont dit que je devais tout enlever pour récupérer mon argent. Alors j’ai dis ok mais je savais que ça allait beaucoup abîmer mes ongles, le gel avait été fait la veille. Et ils le savaient aussi bien sûr c’est évidement ! Maintenant j’ai 3 doigts qui saignent tellement ils ont frotté avec la lime et un qui est infecté, il a doublé de volume. Sans parler de mes ongles qui sont extrêmement fragilisés.J’ai l’habitude d’aller à Tarek Nails à Heliopolis mais ayant déménagé je voulais essayer cette boutique à Maadi. Vraiment c’est horrible j’ai trop mal et je ne sais pas combien de temps je vais devoir attendre pour remettre du vernis.Je voulais publier les photos mais je ne sais pas comment faire, ils ont de la chance.Service:Gel manicures
