If that is what you call a ”treatment” then I don't know what is.and they want to charge you 550 Le for this!! With the experience I had at this nail salon I Do Not recommended this place whatsoever and it should be closed down. And with the service received it probably will be.

We made an appointment and called to reschedule the time they told us that they do not make appointments which makes zero sense since because we already had one! She said just come in anytime and we will take you. When we arrived the receptionist and one of the girls were at the front desk were chatting away (wish I got their names) and did not even acknowledge us. We had to interrupt their conversation in order to get any sort of customer service. Then she proceeded to tell us an hour wait. We were so upset because of the lack of communication when we called in the morning. Abir (I believe the manager) said she would take us right away and to pick out our colors. About 20 minutes later the owner Gina (SO RUDE!!!) came over to me and made me feel so uncomfortable told me that we were wrong for getting upset and told the girl waiting on me to hurry up and not take her time with me. There are no clear prices, I think they ripped us off and upped the prices. We only stayed because we were going to a wedding but had we had nothing to do we would have walked right out. I questioned going to them because they had 3 stars - I would give them ZERO stars! Worst customer service!! They up the prices for different nail brands (so weird!!) Please save yourself time!!

I wanted glitter on two nails on each hand but they spilled a lot, leading to a bit of glitter on all nails. The second time they roughly filed two millimeters off my already short nails without asking and exposed sensitive red areas under my nails. The colour was again transparent and uneven.

Mariam Sadek: I don’t recommend this place at all!!I did regular manicure and pedicure.The sink wasn’t clean and the tables were extremely disgusting!! The 2 girls who were working there weren’t professional and I wasn’t comfortable being there.They use really bad quality of nail polish, I did pedicure first so the nail polish can dry while I’m doing manicure (it took the girl around an hour) when I got to wear my socks, the nail polish came off!!!! Same happened with my manicure it was taking sooooo much time to dry and I was getting bored and wanted to leave so I left with really bad nails! They were supposed to use the UV lamp like any other salon but they didn’t…another thing is that the girl cut my cuticles wrong in more than 1 finger and it was bleeding non stop!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Marium Ali: The worst acrylic experience ever. Got 2 injuries during prepping my nails for acrylic and they kept bleeding for a whole day and were painful for about 3 days. Moreover my french manicure were all scratched on the same night of it’s application although I stayed at the salon for 15 min to dry up upon their advice. A week after one of the acrylic nails got broken from the edges. Not recommended
