Jafar: Popped in for a lunch and was pleasantly surprised. We had the homemade veal sausages with potato rosti and a Chicken Caesar salad with a small bottle of water and a cappuccino all for 290egp. Service and taxes are all included in the prices. Food was excellent, better than I had expected. The place was peaceful, with a few other guests. Background music was pleasant and just the right volume. Which is a difficult thing to find in Egypt. Staff were smiling, helpful and attentive, without being too fussy. The toilets are clean and more than acceptable. They also sell beer at 69egp and wine 130egp per glass or 430egp a bottle. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will return here, for sure. Highly recommended oasis in Downtown Cairo.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance and no stairs here.

Salma Ahmed Mahmoud: VERY IMPORTANT: THIS BRANCH IS CLOSEDI went there today, there was a restaurant called "the roof" instead of eat and barrel. I don't recommend the roof AT ALL. Avoid at all costs. Overpriced, low quality food, not a nice atmosphere.

The second visit, God willing, I will give them my boots with a tip.
