TOM PHELAN: The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and always on hand to assist. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels whilst working for my company and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The executive lounge is fantastic. The breakfasts and dinner choices are great and they change the dinner options everyday which is great as I stayed for 16 nights. I used the gym a few times and it's fantastic. It has weights, running machines etc. There is a lovely outdoor pool also. Honestly, I can't fault the hotel, Stay if you can, you won't regret it.

C E: We stayed in the room 258 and after two nights I have to go straight to the physiotherapist because I can’t move my back. The bed and pillows that used to be the jewel of any Marriott Hotel is here the worst nightmare. The mattress is old and it is in a terrible shape. The bathroom looked very old and it’s not well maintained. Also, the view from our room was really ugly and we weren’t allowed to use the terrace as they were painting the front of building. The staff is very nice and professional.

Accogliente ed elegante, molto chiccoso senza dubbio.... siamo stati un po' impacciati con l'ordinazione in quanto negli antipasti c'erano i primi, nei primi le minestre....un po' di confusione, forse il concetto di antipasto non è lo stesso che in Italia perchè le penne all'arrabbiata erano tra gli antipasti....comunque a parte questo abbiamo mangiato molto bene, perfino la pasta era al dente e il sugo veramente all'arrabbiata. Cameriere gentile. Ci siamo alzati pensando di andare a pagare all'entrata o dare il numero della camera ma invece si paga al cameriere, probabilmente è staccato dall'hotel ai fini fiscali. Il panorama by night semplicemente spaziale! Prezzi nella media del luogo, ma un ristorante così in Italia sarebbe ancora più caro.
