Gabriella Benedetti: I’m a solo traveler and tourist from New York City, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this nail salon. When I called, the owner warned me that there might be a long wait, which I was totally fine with, but that I could come in and hangout while I wait. I ended up waiting no more than 15 minutes for what turned out to be one of the best nail experiences I’ve ever had! The owner spoke English, so she was able to communicate everything I needed/wanted to her employers, who were also so wonderful and nice. This salon really seems to work as a team, which was really nice to see, and the owner checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. Without a doubt, if I’m ever back in Egypt, this is where I’ll come to get my nails done!!!! 100000% recommend!!!!!

They were helpful at first then later started to speak to me with an attitude, not answer my messages, and dismiss my concerns like it’s nothing. Yara: I used to go to this place for 2 years, they changed all staff and significantly raised their prices while reducing quality. My toe is still bleeding since yesterday, let alone that they will blame you for not sitting in the right posture when they hurt your toes.

Tamani Gwieda: I went there few days ago for a piercing with Dr. Merna. The place looked clean and the receptionist was nice. Merna did the piercing and everything was ok. She was a bit hasty with me unlike the other people before me cause I could hear them chatting,laughing and taking their own time to discuss piercing and looks and whatsoever. I took literally 10 min and I felt we discussed the bare minimum and in a very cold way. I had great expectations you know!Anyways if my piercing heals right I will come again and pierce my other ear cause what’s important is whether the service has been done right or not. Alia El-Abiary: Two extremely bad experiences at this nail parlor! Some very rude staff members (to be fair, not all of them, there were two polite members), and no punctuality even though I had booked an appointment. The service is terrible, my fingers-nails are VERY damaged from how careless they were when removing acrylic extensions, and I only went back the second time after the first bad experience with rude staff members as I was clearly told to return to remove the extensions I did with them to make sure they are removed correctly, but I wish I had gone somewhere else as they did an awful job removing them (and it was painful!!). Pedicure was okay, but overall I do not recommend and will definitely not go back!Services:Manicure,Pedicure
Magalie Nuss: A beautiful place, a lovely salon manager but unprofessional, unqualified, untrained and rude staff. The technician cut my toe and litterally told me it was my fault because i moved. When i told her i moved BECAUSE her scissors were cutting in my flesh, she just repeated it was my fault. Left with a bleeding toe and mani was ruined before i reach home.Services:Manicure,Pedicure

The only reason its 4 not 5 is that they drilled my friend’s nails deep which hurt her however they said that this is because she had gel nails for too long.

Only let down was that the lady did not fix my nail beds which is the most common thing to get done at a nail salon :/.
