J. Pal: It was probably the worst experience while I was in Cairo. The personel is rude and everything looked sketchy. If you are a tourist AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
Executive Thrillseeker: Probably the best casino I had the privilege of visiting while spending a week in Cairo. The staff here are on point 100% and aren’t shady as they tend to be in some places in the city. They’re also vegas style when it comes to it, they offer free drinks 24hrs as long as you’re playing.

Sohabe Hashmi: Location is pretty decent and near the bustle of Cairo. Service was decent. Great hotel and lobby area, they don't build them like this anymore. Upscale feeling. A lot of shops and restaurants. There was entertainment. Food was decent. Service was pretty good.The casino was small but decent. The casino only accept USD and you can only get USD from your credit card at the casino, there are no bank machines dispensing USD at the hotel. You will not get any drinks at the Casino quickly as they mess around with you. Casino staff is different than hotel staff and are not as nice. You will need a foreign passport to enter, there no exceptions unless you look like a white foreign tourist perhaps they will stop checking you for a passport after you show them once.The room was old and run down but it was clean. The hot water stopped working on my last day and nobody had an explanation or what was really doing anything about it. It stopped and started with little pressure. This made me late for my excursion, if it was not a private booking I would have missed it. When I checked out all I got was a empty apology. For the price and stature they should have taken care of me.
pepi mpezirgianni: This amazing group of hotels is expanded around a large area with hotels,spa,pool,gym, restaurants, museum, cafe, walking paths, garden, fountain ect. In the interior you can admire the marble stairs,statues, carved furniture, romantic lighting and long corridors . Rooms are cozy,spacy, clean and nice decorated with big beds. It is a great experience.

I’ll update later on my experience when I come back. 😢 *update* I came back the next day and that prior review of how much of an A-HOLE the pit bosses are is true. 😂🤣 but the drinks are free so you get to annoy them as much as you want! I played roulette and Texas hold ‘em poker table game. Of course they only play with USD.

Hin Cheung: Decided to go to the best rated casino with my buddies. This casino is located on the 3rd floor of a pretty fancy hotel. Both side of the road/entrance has a guarded checkpoint, which is good and understandable. Certain Muslims & Egyptians are not allowed to gamblers nor step foot inside the casino.TWO Roulette tables, maybe 30slots or less and maybe like 20 tables, not all are open. First time being in a casino in Egypt, i didn't know EGPounds were not accepted, i didn't know why until it hit me. The Pit boss with a long nose was VERY rude telling us to put the EGP as if (get that s#!t out of here) and ONLY USD are welcome. Which that is the currency used in action. Floor supervisors sat in high chairs between tables to watch us which i found weird. THEY WATCH FOREIGNERS LIKE DOGs. Very smokey, but they are allow to do so. I also seen a casino employee smoking a cigarette inside the casino LOL. I definitely dont see that where im from, but i guess it's acceptable here.

REALIZZO SRLS: Niente da dire sulla professionalità ed eleganza nel complesso. Personalmente avrei solo desiderato meno rigidezza nelle procedure di check in. Altra nota che secondo me non si addice molto alla struttura è la ricerca continua di mance da parte dello staff in particolare per il trasporto bagagli. Camere molto spaziose, dotate di ogni confort, vista sul Nilo memorabile 👍Nothing to say about professionality and elegance overall. Personally I would have just wanted less stiffness in the check-in procedures. Another note that in my opinion is not very suitable for the structure is the continuous search for tips by the staff in particular for the transport of luggage. Very spacious rooms, equipped with every comfort, memorable view of the Nile 👍

Había comida internacional y también comida típica egipcia. Y como en muchos hoteles, hay gente que almuerza en ese horario así que también había todo tipo de cosas para hacerlo.Las personas que atendían siempre estuvieron pendientes de si faltaba algo, nos ofrecían distintas cosas todo el tiempo y estaban muy pendientes de retirar platos y cosas que ya no necesitáramos. Siempre saludaban muy alegres a cualquier hora del día y nos hacía sentir muy cómodos.En el hotel también había una gran piscina arriba en la terraza, sauna y spa 24 horas. También gimnasio, banco para cambiar plata y hubo noches que había un concierto de piano.Siempre atuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos y a recomendarnos lugares donde salir a caminar y comer.El personal fue muy amable y alegre en todo momento.
