Hana Aly: We left our dog for over a month and were very worried about it, but the team at Mazen’s Resort made it so much easier on us! They were extremely helpful, sending photos and videos to comfort us, updating us every now on then on how he he was doing. We were so happy to find him well rested, and well socialized when we got back. I felt that he was truly given the attention he needed, and more importantly, was safe and taken care of. Thank you! Lara Al Huneidi: I had my dog here for two weeks while traveling and while they were helpful in sending pictures and videos of him while I was gone and also keeping him for an extra day at last notice because of an issue with my ticket (I paid for it at pick up), they clearly do not do enough to ensure that the dogs staying are healthy and not ill. I picked up my dog and wasn’t told anything about him being ill although minutes into the ride I could hear him breathing poorly, coughing and throwing up when we got home. I got him checked immediately and was told he has kennel cough, an airborne respiratory disease that’s very contagious. So obviously they had other dogs in the boarding coughing, meaning it is a very noticeable illness to avoid having within the kennel. When I reached out I was told not to worry and that it’s most likely a flu. It has been over three weeks now of my poor dog being severely ill and visiting the vet multiple times. It is a shame to have paid this much money to supposedly care for my dog only to pay so much more for his health after having taken him from Eastwind.

Sherin Elansary: Nice dog kennel with careful helpers inside. Was attending my friend's doggy birthday there. The helpers are always attentive to the dogs, watching their behavior with other dogs, checking them on the entrance and when exitting.

Maria Jan: Very unprofessional, my cat stayed there for 4 days..afterwards he was in a horrible shape, he was only fed dry food even tho i specified that he's not used to eating it, and i gave them the food he need for the following 4 days, yet they never fed him any of it. I even gave them a bag of litter they can use for his litter box, i was surprised to discover that even the litter they didn't use neither did they gave it back.
