Lamis Darwish: I called them to ask if they were a shelter or a hotel they replied in a very rude way to the extent that the girl hung up on me while I'm still talking.Rudeness is the word that can describe their attitude.
Mervat Fahmy: Extremely unprofessional staff. The place smells horrendous and is just a large house. Extremely unfit location for dogs.

La explicacion que nos dieron fue que habia sido a Mistake. No recomiendo para nada ese lugar. Deje a mi perrita a las 5:30 y a las 7:15 ya habia sido asesinada por otro perro mucho mas grande. Ahora estamos emocionalmente destruidos. Veremos que sucede con ese lugar.

Very accommodating to give me updates when I would text or call. Wonderful place to board and doggie day care. Maria Jan: Very unprofessional, my cat stayed there for 4 days..afterwards he was in a horrible shape, he was only fed dry food even tho i specified that he's not used to eating it, and i gave them the food he need for the following 4 days, yet they never fed him any of it. I even gave them a bag of litter they can use for his litter box, i was surprised to discover that even the litter they didn't use neither did they gave it back.

Rania Habib: My experience with them was terrible! Had to leave my 6 months Jack Russel there for 12 days. At the beginning they seemed to be very professional and the place was super clean, no flees! After I returned back, I found my dog's both hands cut and wounded. She was also raising her back leg and couldn't walk properly on it... it was not broken, but a couple of doctors told me it was either sleeping directly on the tiles, although I gave them a couple of blankets for her, or was dragged for a distance on the ground. Now after a whole month of taking medications shes still limping and her hip bone seems bent, unlike the other bone. They couldn't tell me what happened to her hands or leg... the owner just said we are sorry and it's our fault! However, being sorry doesn't make my little dog any better!

Hazem ElZorkany: Nice clean dog shelter for boarding your dog while you are traveling or you have a problem to keep your dog for a while. Nice CLEAN cubicles with various sizes. Very huge play ground for dogs to run and walk around. Vet is visiting daily. It is a bit expensive and remote from down town that you can go on daily bases to visit your dog. Also another drawback is that they can not host sick dogs or with mobility problem.

Lara Al Huneidi: I had my dog here for two weeks while traveling and while they were helpful in sending pictures and videos of him while I was gone and also keeping him for an extra day at last notice because of an issue with my ticket (I paid for it at pick up), they clearly do not do enough to ensure that the dogs staying are healthy and not ill. I picked up my dog and wasn’t told anything about him being ill although minutes into the ride I could hear him breathing poorly, coughing and throwing up when we got home. I got him checked immediately and was told he has kennel cough, an airborne respiratory disease that’s very contagious. So obviously they had other dogs in the boarding coughing, meaning it is a very noticeable illness to avoid having within the kennel. When I reached out I was told not to worry and that it’s most likely a flu. It has been over three weeks now of my poor dog being severely ill and visiting the vet multiple times. It is a shame to have paid this much money to supposedly care for my dog only to pay so much more for his health after having taken him from Eastwind.
