shaimaa mohamed: They called me from the store, they apologized for the order that took place and the second order arrived as we agreed and before the time and as a kind of customer satisfaction and an apology, the delivery was free and a discount on the orderThere is no respect for appointments and no interest in the effect of the delay on the customer, I made one order that would deliver another day and one after three days, we agreed on everything, and it was supposed to arrive at 5, 3:30, they apologize if there is a delay of half an hour and it will arrive at 5:30, I said there is no problem , they came back to inform me at 5 that the Arabic that you are supposed to deliver to the need is still coming back, and the order will arrive at 7-8, meaning 3 hours late than the original time! I mean, I am supposed to get ready for birthday after 8! Of course, the orders were canceled and we still had to adjust any decorations in order to catch up with the situation. The worst thing is that there is not even an apology for the problem they caused, and I discovered that originally Arabic was delivering orders in the same area, meaning it was simply possible to take the orders together!! Poor organization and management, very brutal, I don't recommend anyone to rely on them

TOM PHELAN: The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff are friendly and always on hand to assist. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels whilst working for my company and this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The executive lounge is fantastic. The breakfasts and dinner choices are great and they change the dinner options everyday which is great as I stayed for 16 nights. I used the gym a few times and it's fantastic. It has weights, running machines etc. There is a lovely outdoor pool also. Honestly, I can't fault the hotel, Stay if you can, you won't regret it.

C E: We stayed in the room 258 and after two nights I have to go straight to the physiotherapist because I can’t move my back. The bed and pillows that used to be the jewel of any Marriott Hotel is here the worst nightmare. The mattress is old and it is in a terrible shape. The bathroom looked very old and it’s not well maintained. Also, the view from our room was really ugly and we weren’t allowed to use the terrace as they were painting the front of building. The staff is very nice and professional.

Valentino Verzegnassi: Arrived at airport desk and nobody was there I call and as usual they say 5 minutes that is never 5 minutes. Even if my reservation was a full credit voucher with VIP card they don't care at all. This is a second time and the second bad experience.
Mohammed Al salamah: Unfortunately, the oddly procrastinating amount of 1,700 Saudis withdrew it on the basis of insurance, and I got rid of the vehicle rent, and now I am waiting for more than two and a half months until they return the amount to the account, but without interest.
