hebatullah hanafy: كدابين جدا قمت بحجز فستان second use و ابلغوني ان مدام حجزته ان عندهم الفساتين بتتأجر مرتين بس مش اكتر و ان بيتعرض بس للناس علشان لو حابين يطلبوه first use عمال موقت فرحي جه لاقيته متبهدل بهدلة مش طبيعية و قمت باختيار فستان اخر ارحم من الاولاني و ايعار مبالغ فيها علي البهدلة اللي الفساتين متبهدلة بيها و كمان فرضوا علي اجي تاني يوم رغم انهم اجازة في وقت معين علشان يلحقوا يودوا الفستان يتنظف علشان عندهم ضغط في الفساتين رغم ان ده مكنش كلامهم عند التعاقد الاولاني و اضطريت لضيق الوقت و تجنبا لضياع المبلغ اللي قمت بدفعه و كملت معاهم بس بجد اسوأ تجربة في حياتي ندمت ندم عمري بالتعامل معاهم
Myrna Shehata: Horrible experience! We had an appointment at 7:00 pm and they made us wait for one hour before looking at the dresses. The staff was unprofessional and the dresses were very unclean! Not recommended.

Noor El-Tahan: I think shopping for a wedding dress experience couldn't be worse!It was very good at the first visit, but everything after this was a struggle!They are the worst at keeping their timing and appointments organized. I had to go for fitting twice (each time was around 6-9 hours) and the final result wasn't as expected though.The management is rude and not at all nice as long as they got all their money 😁.I don't recommend it at all!

Dina Anwar Aziz: Awful experience! I arrived at the time of my appointment and I kept knocking the door and calling them and they weren’t neither opening or responding to my calls. I stayed there for around 20 minutes with no luck and then they only got in touch after I left claiming that the girl was at the supermarket! Very unprofessional and if the basics of just being there welcoming their clients aren’t in their dictionary, let alone the actual work. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place at all..

Heba Tokali: Went there after a very exhausting search for wedding dresses for my niece. It was an amazing experience. That was about one year ago. Took an appointment. Arrived on time. Staff were so punctual and welcoming. Very friendly, excellent service, so patient and extreme excellent taste. Deal was done in no time. ""That was the dress"". All went very smooth. It was stunning. Thanks to owner and staff. God bless you. Keep on bringing happiness to people💜💜

Beauty Expert: The worst service on Earth. I called the woman and she told me that they have a deal with Elie Saab to make his designs with lower prices and she said that’s very true and I told her I want to have an idea she was like yeah sure come to the mall. I went to the mall and here comes the worst service ever. There were two girls one of them was talking over the phone and wasn’t doing anything and the other was extremely rude, I was asking her do you have bridal dresses she was like only 20 and in a very impolite way she said “and you cannot try anything on” I asked her can I have a look at the catalogue to see more options she Was like yeah but if you ordered anything you would have to pay for it anyway and you cannot just leave it. I told her but you need to take the size exactly she was like yeah but... so I left and I was very disappointed in the treatment of her. She wasn’t helpful and she kept starring at me and my mom while we were having at the only 20 dresses and they weren’t busy I could have had the option to try it. I won’t buy from pronovias egypt ever. Compared to Lebanon’s pronovias there is a huge gap girls were friendly and nice.

MFarag: They don’t respect the clients privacy they force you to be accompanied by a sales lady inside the fitting room which is totally inappropriate and against any human rights. The place is owned by someone named Dr. Menna as the sales lady stated. The owner requires that any client who needs to try a Dress must be accompanied by the Sales Lady. I also suspected there are cameras inside the fitting room & am currently in process of taking legal action against them. The place isn’t selling any dresses apparently its a cover of an illegal activity.
