azores: Cozy, comfortable room in an old decrepit looking building 😂 if you ignore the facade and dont mind the 5 flight of stairs of old Cairo building that feels like 8 normal height storeys, you’ll enjoy this value for money place. Very hard to find especially at night. Thanks to someone random who posted the picture on here that I managed to find it! I walked in for a night because other hostels cancelled my bookings due to overbooking on Agoda. I went to this place and got a room for two at 300EGP/night cash. Will consider this place if Im back in Cairo.

Ahmed and Karim were incredible hosts, I’ve never had an experience at a boutique hotel like this. Their hospitality was incredible, and the location and hotel was amazing as well. It can be hard to find good customer service like this in this part of the world, but they went far and beyond to make us feel at home, even so far as coming down to make sure we got our ride to the airport okay (translating our flight & terminal information to the driver) and even giving us food and water for the trip home. The breakfast, food, and drinks were incredible too. Can’t really think of any downsides, aside from the location being slightly noisy at night, though the soundproofing is adequate.
There is no word to describe how excellent this hotel management is. The staffs are very friendly, helpful, and even went above and beyond to make sure that we're safe even when we're not in the hotel. Every part of the hotel radiates a very positive energy - from the gate, to the elevator, to the hotel reception, even the hallway feels radiant. Definitely a place to go if you're looking for some place peaceful and homy in the hustle bustle city of Cairo. Will definitely come back here if I had the chance!

Margaret Birtles: This hotel is amazing. I have stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels but never before received such outstanding service and friendliness. Nothing is too much trouble. Nothing fazes Kareem. Excursions and transfers were all arranged professionally. The hotel doesn't offer 100 percent so much as 150 percent as the baseline. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. If you visit Cairo and don't stay here you will definitely miss a special experience.

The Best Choice of the hotels in the middle of Cairo:- best price-quality value;- very welcome feeling by Check-in with extra fresh pressed very tasty joices (Mango-Guave);- brilliant service with much more extra service and attantion, as it's waited for;- the manager Yusuf takes care of the guests with heart and sincere, speaks additionally fluent English, Russian, Franch, Italien;- the full information about the city, tradition, recomendations, that were really very useful;- very cosy, clean rooms;- very good european and unforgettable oriental breakfast;- very calm rooms especially when the windows are closed, what for Chiaro is not easy;- very reliable internet;- very comfortable bed and pillows;Спасибо всей команде отеля, в особенности менеджеру Юсуфу (Юрию) за комфорт, искренность, рекомендации, помощь и чувство безопасности!

But it might not be a big problem to the young people who are used to using Google map.Compared to the price near downtown hotels, the price was reasonable.The room was clean and people on the desk are so friendly.I dare to say we've got the best service .When we needed to take a taxi, he himself call the taxi and helped us to take the taxi.So we could easily go to our destination to the airport, too.Still, I remember their kindness, thank you.

Pulizia ottima, ogni giorno cambio di asciugamani, camera spaziosa, ben arredata. Bagno piccolo ma in ordine. Colazione che non mi aspettavo così buona. Un equilibrato mix tra colazione araba e continentale. Insomma soddisfa tutti i gusti. Ogni giorno una colazione diversa. Da provare i falafel, buonissimi!Posizione ottima, zona piena di negozi e ristoranti. 2 metro a pochi passi. Museo egizio raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.Super super consigliato.
A 3: The hotel is in a great, central location, close to tourist attractions. Despite its central location, the hotel is tucked away into side roads so it is quiet inside. It is a boutique hotel, only a few rooms, but run at a great level of service. Rooms are very clean and modern - photos of them on various booking platforms do not give them justice. There's a lot of attention to detail there, even to simple things like electric plug adapters available in rooms for any type of plug.The breakfast is very tasty.Hotel staff is helpful and can organise trips from Cairo for tourists. They also organise transfers and currency exchange if one needs that. There are also women working there, which is a rare occurrence in Egypt.This hotel was such a nice surprise for us, exceeded our expectations. It is a great place for tourists in Cairo.

Min Cheng: The location is great. The higher floors had views to the Nile River. But check-in took more than an hour at 7pm. Their reason was that the rooms had not been cleaned yet. My room, #529, was in need of repairs. Many outlets did not work properly. There was no hair dryer in the room. Only half of the water would go up through shower head. The toilet leaked all night. Breakfast food was not fresh. The barley porridge had spoiled milk smell. The cut fruit tasted like it was the leftover from the previous day.I would not recommend this hotel.

Alicia Cores González: No se alojen en este hotel!Tenemos tres noches reservadas en este hotel, la primera noche llegada a las 3h de la mañana y nos encontramos con una habitación inhabitable. Reclamos al hotel al día siguiente mostrándole las fotografías, por las condiciones en las que nos tienen y no les importa el cliente. Lo único que nos ofrecen es pagar más dinero (75€ por noche y habitación) para tener una habitación en condiciones. Después de haber pagado ya una gran cantidad de dinero a Soltour.Nos encontramos en la planta séptima en una habitación de los años sesenta, ruido insoportable a todas horas del tráfico, olor a tabaco en la habitación, ducha que no funciona, suciedad, moho, camas rotas, mucho frío, sin mantas … no son condiciones de tener alojados a los clientes en un Hotel Hilton.No recomiendo a nadie que se aloje en este hotel ni que reserve ningún viaje con la empresa Soltour.Es muy posible que se ponga enfermo durante su viaje por Egipto como nuestro caso, un crucero por el Nilo con estancia en El Cairo Hotel Ramses Hilton organizado por la empresa Soltour.No malgasten su dinero en este hotel, cuesta mucho esfuerzo ganarlo para luego terminar viendo situaciones desagradables durante sus vacaciones.Esto no son vacaciones!Actualizo cometario por la respuesta del hotel, no nos cambio el hotel por voluntad propia las habitaciones. Reclamamos a nuestra agencia de viajes, ellos desde España reclamaron a Soltour. Un delegado de Soltour en El Cairo se presentó en el hotel y cambiaron a algunas personas de habitaciones, otras las dejaron en las de los años 60, a la gente más mayor (nada considerados).El cambio de habitación supuso estar pegado a la obra de la reforma del hotel. Nada de tranquilo.Rooms: No reúne las condiciones de habitabilidad.Noteworthy details: Huyan de estar alojados aquí, a este hotel no le importa el cliente y en que condiciones los tiene. Lo más desagradable que nos hemos encontrado como país y como empresas. Sólo quieren sacarte el dinero. Esto es una trampa para turistas.

REALIZZO SRLS: Niente da dire sulla professionalità ed eleganza nel complesso. Personalmente avrei solo desiderato meno rigidezza nelle procedure di check in. Altra nota che secondo me non si addice molto alla struttura è la ricerca continua di mance da parte dello staff in particolare per il trasporto bagagli. Camere molto spaziose, dotate di ogni confort, vista sul Nilo memorabile 👍Nothing to say about professionality and elegance overall. Personally I would have just wanted less stiffness in the check-in procedures. Another note that in my opinion is not very suitable for the structure is the continuous search for tips by the staff in particular for the transport of luggage. Very spacious rooms, equipped with every comfort, memorable view of the Nile 👍

También había una terraza con una vista increíble al río Nilo, un sillón y una mesa, además de un gran escritorio para dejar nuestras cosas.El desayuno del hotel era impactante, había todo tipo de panes, pasteles, ensaladas, jugos, te, café, frutas, cereales, panqueques, y mucho más! Había comida internacional y también comida típica egipcia. Y como en muchos hoteles, hay gente que almuerza en ese horario así que también había todo tipo de cosas para hacerlo.Las personas que atendían siempre estuvieron pendientes de si faltaba algo, nos ofrecían distintas cosas todo el tiempo y estaban muy pendientes de retirar platos y cosas que ya no necesitáramos. Siempre saludaban muy alegres a cualquier hora del día y nos hacía sentir muy cómodos.En el hotel también había una gran piscina arriba en la terraza, sauna y spa 24 horas. También gimnasio, banco para cambiar plata y hubo noches que había un concierto de piano.Siempre atuvieron dispuestos a ayudarnos y a recomendarnos lugares donde salir a caminar y comer.El personal fue muy amable y alegre en todo momento.
