ahmed naib: Worst and unfriendly place, staff don't have any customer service skills specially the guy he work in soft play area, apparently management need to remember that this area is a family zone and need to make kids and parents feel welcomed and safe, i bought a card and used it only once not going again and not recommended.
Mohamed Adel: Lots of things need maintenance and not properly working, especially the motor bikes videogames.Huge difference between the quality of games here and the branches we tried in UAE, despite that they look the same.

Now, the lowest price for shipping the card is 180 pounds, after a place that starts from 60 pounds + the price of the games has been raisedFrankly speaking, there are alternative places that are better and more developed at lower prices
Waleed Yasser: Some great arcade games though some of the games were out of service. However, the place is good and the games were really fun. The staff were helpful and friendly. Also all handicapped can play completely free of charge.

Eun Bit Ko: They sell cards for the game for 12egp and I top up my money there and use it. When I charged with cash they scammed me. It was taken as a tax by 14%, and the amount taken away was not even 14%, and they charged more. The bumper car is old and poor, and if an adult rides it, it causes painful injuries like breaking a leg in a collision
Aya Helal: The game center is very tired, and more than half of the games are out of order, and those who want to be happy with it, on the contrary, are very frustrated, and the prices are good, but their problem is the fees they charge for adult entry
