MFarag: They don’t respect the clients privacy they force you to be accompanied by a sales lady inside the fitting room which is totally inappropriate and against any human rights. The place is owned by someone named Dr. Menna as the sales lady stated. The owner requires that any client who needs to try a Dress must be accompanied by the Sales Lady. I also suspected there are cameras inside the fitting room & am currently in process of taking legal action against them. The place isn’t selling any dresses apparently its a cover of an illegal activity.

Dina Anwar Aziz: Awful experience! I arrived at the time of my appointment and I kept knocking the door and calling them and they weren’t neither opening or responding to my calls. I stayed there for around 20 minutes with no luck and then they only got in touch after I left claiming that the girl was at the supermarket! Very unprofessional and if the basics of just being there welcoming their clients aren’t in their dictionary, let alone the actual work. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place at all..

Staff were so punctual and welcoming. Very friendly, excellent service, so patient and extreme excellent taste. Deal was done in no time. ""That was the dress"". All went very smooth. I don't understand why would I pay over EGP 2000 - 3000 to RENT a dress that has already been used many times. The funny thing is all the overpriced dresses they have are made by Egyptian designers whom nobody outside of the Egyptian borders know about.
