Not only that, in both laser procedures I had they missed some spots because of their hasty and distracted attitude! Please... do something about that!

This is by far the only clinic I trust with my skin because of how honest they are, the staff are real human beings and they know the true meaning of being doctors not simply a commercial place. Sonia Zlatanovska: I absolutely loved this place. The whole team is very professional, Dr. Heba dedicates so much time explaining everything, making sure you will get the desired results. I did skin booster and she guided me through the whole process, cannot wait for the final results. When I tried to schedule they immediately answered and made the whole appointment smoothly. They make sure to remind you for the appointment and they follow up with you. I will visit them regularly. Highly recommended.

L K: I came 5 times for laser hair removal done by different doctors. Until the last time I was always satisfied with the results. The hair was falling of completely in all treated areas after 2 weeks as it should be. But after the last session in end of November I had big patches of hair remaining, showing that the laser wasn't done properly. As I'm currently not in Egypt I tried to contact DermaHealth via the contact form on their website but no-one is responding since 2 weeks.

She told me that I have to pay first before starting my session!! And they do not accept visa ? She told me that they must have told me this while Confirming the reservation (no one told me this) and it’s really strange for such a place.And actually what really made me cancel my reservation was the place .. it wasn’t as a I expected from their facebook page pictures. It was under my expectations. Not clean not welcoming .. lot of garbage was beside their door entrance. Although they knew that the building elevator must work with card no one offers me to use it. Finally, you should take care of your (Dokki branch) as it’s really under expectations and not presentable for a beauty clinic.

Raghad Eldeeb: Doctor youssef nashaat was not professional at all .. he did not do the needed procedures from the first place and refused compensation when told that the results were unsatisfactory.. he doesn't listen to his clients and he is very quick in a bad way.. not to mention their staff disclosed a price range that i payed way above .. never recommending this clinic to anyone! My money was wasted

The disaster is that they say dirty justifications, you say in 3 mobiles and what words! I told her, what should I do now? You are supposed to talk to the customers who use this device and get to know them. She tells me that many people use it and we will not be able to talk to them. I told her that this is your job, and this is not my problem!! And I told her I want my money! You say the engineer is coming at night, and you kept saying anything so I wouldn't take the money. She said to me, well, I need to speak to the administration. I told her, "Come on, speak to the administration now.. Peak in audacity, tell me the director is asleep!!!" I told her yes?? This is my problem, I mean, she was asleep, and she kept justifying and telling me that she was very tired and suspicious. I told her that this is not my problem. Talk to someone from the administration, and in the end, she took my money. Random place and customer service that doesn't know about Professionalism for a pound seriously
