Maysaa Higazy: Finding a good massage therapist is difficult, especially given it such a personal preference and every massage therapist has their own style. Being local to Cairo I’ve tried many spas and massage therapists at each spa. I’ve been to Le Quell Elite several times and have enjoyed the experience (especially the Reflexology), but this time was so different. Laila has such great technique and really knows how to work on pressure points. It’s exactly what I needed after a stressful few weeks, traveling for work and adjusting to the cold weather. I highly recommend her. I think I have found my massage therapist goddess!

And they start the appointments at 3 pm!!!Why didn’t they communicate this with me during all this waiting period “11 months” !!!They don’t care at all to get back to the clients or give them a clear info.Very disappointing!

Zeina Choucair: We often come to the spa for Thai massages and it’s always been pleasant except for this time. I came to unwind and relax and instead had a very negative experience during the massage: I enter the room and I see a small mobile heater next to the bed. I assume the heating system is not working and I ask the masseuse if there is heating because I was cold. (Temperature that day was around 9degrees c). She said she would turn it on. All throughout the massage I was cold, and her hands were super cold. I told her and she kept on adding towels on me to the point where I could not even feel the massage anymore. And I was still feeling cold. At one point I asked her if the main heating system was broken in all the rooms. She went to the wall and turned it on. That was 5 minutes before the end of my session.We also got held at reception for 25 minutes as we had paid online ahead of time but they couldn’t find proof of that.I made sure to complain at the reception and the receptionist who obviously didn’t care much said she already sent a word to the manager Ms Brigitte. I haven’t heard from the manager or from anyone in the spa since that day. Very unprofessional.

Kendall Johnson: This was the worst hotel spa I’ve ever been to. This was not relaxing or comfortable. I am only giving 2 stars because it was a clean space. I booked a 60 min massage and 60 min facial. To start, the prices online when you book do not reflect what they charge you (significantly more). The staff was not prepared for my booking even though I made the appointment in advance. The room wasn’t ready and they spent 10 minutes getting supplies together. I was freezing the whole time (cold hands, cold oil, cold bed) and I don’t think the technician was a masseuse — she somehow avoided every muscle during the massage. The facial was a “custom” facial, but there was no conversation on my skincare or needs. I almost walked out on this multiple times. The procedure was just one face mask after the other, that was rubbed off with a rough washcloth. Between was just her randomly applying pressure and tugging at my skin. My face was burning in the first 20 minutes and I had to tell her to stop. I would’ve paid just as much to never have had this experience.

I called and a very knowledgeable and courteous lady answered. She recommended the Moroccan royal hamman ritual with massage and was able to arrange an appointment later that day. I have to say this is the best spa experience ever. Armany worked her magic and I left feeling rejuvenated. The same treatment would've cost two or three times over in the states. Highly recommended.

Apple Apple: What is the use of the treatment and the clean place and there is no experience? Very bad. Do not hand over your skin to them. I advise you. I regretted going to them. My skin was destroyed and still is. They do not deserve even a star. I swear to God.
