LALA: I used eat pokes here weekly. But lately the rice has been off and the meat is not fresh. Also the sauce came rotten. I was taken back by a strong disgusting smell as soon as I opened it.

Elie Meouchy: Today, i ordered from "let's poke" for the first time. I searched on TALABAT App for vegan food and i discovered this nice place. I ordered the VEGAN QUINOA salad and then i knew that the delivery will take 72 minutes however i decided to wait for that long time knowing that i was starving. After almost 72 minutes i received the order with a spilled sauce in the bag! I immediately and kindly asked the delivery guy to resend another sauce asap as i am starving and i have been waiting the food for a long time. He said don't worry you'll have the sauce in maximum 15min. More than half an hour i received nothing and i still didn't eat anything! I gave "let's poke" a call complaining about this issue while they said to me that they will send me the sauce in maximum 20min but it came after 45min! So i stayed waiting to eat for almost 3 hours without any compensation!! What a great customer service 👏BUT I DO NOT DENY THAT THE SALAD WAS TASTY AND FRESH! OR BECAUSE I WAS SO HUNGRY 🤷🏻♂️اليوم ، طلبت من "دعنا نكز" لأول مرة. لقد بحثت في تطبيق TALABAT عن طعام نباتي واكتشفت هذا المكان الجميل. لقد طلبت سلطة VEGAN QUINOA ثم علمت أن التوصيل سيستغرق 72 دقيقة ، لكنني قررت الانتظار لفترة طويلة مع العلم أنني كنت أتضور جوعاً. بعد 72 دقيقة تقريبًا استلمت الطلب مع صلصة مسكوبة في الكيس! طلبت على الفور من عامل التوصيل إعادة إرسال صلصة أخرى في أسرع وقت ممكن لأنني أتضور جوعاً وكنت أنتظر الطعام لفترة طويلة. قال لا تقلق ، ستحصل على الصلصة في 15 دقيقة كحد أقصى. أكثر من نصف ساعة لم أتلق شيئًا وما زلت لم آكل شيئًا! لقد أعطيت "دعنا نمزح" مكالمة أشكو فيها هذه المشكلة بينما قالوا لي إنهم سيرسلون لي الصلصة في 20 دقيقة كحد أقصى ولكنها جاءت بعد 45 دقيقة! لذلك بقيت منتظرًا لتناول الطعام لمدة 3 ساعات تقريبًا دون أي تعويض !! يا لها من خدمة عملاء رائعةلكنني لا أنكر أن السلطة كانت لذيذة وطازجة! أو لأنني كنت جائعًا جدًا 🤷🏻♂️

W: I was looking forward to eating here but was very disappointed. Firstly, a few items in the menu were not available (they did not have the dish of the day - chicken walnut, and the only juice available was hibiscus) and most of all, the meat and chicken were absolutely not fresh. We had the beef tagen with onions, the beef was tough as rubber, while the chicken in the muloukihya was very suspicious - tasted like the chicken had been boiled separately beforehand then frozen, and just dumped into the muloukhiya and reheated before serving. We had good food during our trip and this was probably the only disappointment, so sadly cannot give a good rating. The only saviour was the service which was good (but then again we were the only people in the restaurant for lunch as it was Ramadan)

Hafsa Zaghmout: Very small place but nice, the food is really home made and had a very authentic taste. I had kofta with potatoes in the oven, with rice, grilled vegetables and Egyptian pickle. The taste was amazing. The only drawback was when I requested the rest of my meal be wrapped for rake away, I was surprised when I got home to find the put the picks over the rice and vegetables!!!

Ahmed Tayel: I ordered meals for three days and choosed 3 options for each meal. I got three days meals which are exactly the same. So, same breakfast, lunch and dinner for three days. I sent a message complaining about the issue , got a reply that they will check and come back to me , no one contacted me, sent a reminder and sent another reminder with no reply at all !

Ed Wrede: SACHI Heliopolis was the spot I took to take my wife on her birthday, during our Cairo trip.Unfortunately, SACHI didn't live up to my expectations.The menu was available online and I suggest everyone review it beforehand.I ordered the filet mignon while my wife had the mushroom risotto. I ordered my filet medium and it arrived rare-blue. The texture was great, but not what I ordered and I didn't want to send my dish back while my wife ate alone.Her risotto was HEAVILY over-seasoned and almost difficult to eat it was so salty.We ordered 2 mocktails as drinks which sounded amazing but the lemonade mocktail was almost undrinkable it was so sour and the other was unremarkable.My "from the heart" fondant dessert was just SLIGHTLY over-cooked which meant the inside was congealed instead of flowing out when the outside was broken as one hopes for from a fondant.We ate at a number of amazing places during our stay in Cairo and while I don't feel SACHI was bad, it was meant to be a highlight and just didn't turn out to be unfortunately.
