Rana Badr: I honestly can't understand what happened to the real opera!! All parties began to start at least an hour late, and they kept letting people come in normally late. The one who is sitting trying to enjoy the show and merging with it, and suddenly you find five or six entering who want to run to reach their places, as the amount of two chapters of the truth makes one hate opera. At least the security forces are supposed to sit these people in any place until the intermission, but of course this does not happen! Other than that, of course, people are working to talk throughout the show, which they don't know how to shut them up or watch the show, and the security forces are sitting on their phones and not doing anything and leaving anyone who wants to do anything to do. Why is this low we have reached??!!!

Ana Bruges: Terrible. DEF NOT A 5 STAR HOTEl. Lack basic amenities like drinks in the room, Jaír dryer, no robes, no international programming (these are the amenities that make a hotel 5 star) Save yourself and do not stay here. The elevators literally SHAKE very heavily while going up, the carpet is stained and damaged everywhere, the people in the front desk are rude and condescending. We checked in at 4 am and asked for TWO nights thinking we would get charged for an early check in and the two nights we requested. They charged the early check in as a full night and did not tell us about it even when we asked the front desk to confirm that it was two nights, they just charged it. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in my whole life and I’ve traveled half of the world.

Después de haber pagado ya una gran cantidad de dinero a Soltour.Nos encontramos en la planta séptima en una habitación de los años sesenta, ruido insoportable a todas horas del tráfico, olor a tabaco en la habitación, ducha que no funciona, suciedad, moho, camas rotas, mucho frío, sin mantas … no son condiciones de tener alojados a los clientes en un Hotel Hilton.No recomiendo a nadie que se aloje en este hotel ni que reserve ningún viaje con la empresa Soltour.Es muy posible que se ponga enfermo durante su viaje por Egipto como nuestro caso, un crucero por el Nilo con estancia en El Cairo Hotel Ramses Hilton organizado por la empresa Soltour.No malgasten su dinero en este hotel, cuesta mucho esfuerzo ganarlo para luego terminar viendo situaciones desagradables durante sus vacaciones.Esto no son vacaciones!Rooms: No reúne las condiciones de habitabilidad.Noteworthy details: Huyan de estar alojados aquí, a este hotel no le importa el cliente y en que condiciones los tiene. Lo más desagradable que nos hemos encontrado como país y como empresas. Sólo quieren sacarte el dinero. Esto es una trampa para turistas.

Irina P.: It's a great fun place for those who like live music. The management was nice and very gentil with us. We came with no reservation around 10 pm and got a good table. We took Stella beers and pizza that looked and tasted very Italian. The entrance fee was 200 egp per person but it's reasonable since there was a night of 3 live bands. It was really great , we had fun. It got crowded around 11 pm and sigarettes smell became really unpleasant but it's the only negative point of this club. We loved the environment, music and service.

The staff are friendly. However it is expensive with the below quality average as a night club. The entrance is for 200 L.E ( not a minimum charge ) while Some people mentioned here some people don’t pay entrance fees. I ordered smoked cuban cocktail 500 L.E. it should be heavy it was very light and not good at all. It was closed circuit day, performance was so average and boring. The place is much crowded you can barely move or go to the bathroom ( just one cabinet ).

Katucha Bento: Fantastic jazz joint. If in Cairo, a place to go for sure. It's fantastic music and amazing people dancing, being friendly and super respectful. Drinks are rather expensive and the smoking inside can be suffocating.

Sanjana Berry: Nice place, great vibe. Expensive alcohol and the staff is not too friendly. Nonetheless, still an enjoyable experience at the Latin dance night.

Isolamento acustico pessimo (la notte del venerdì c'è stata musica fino alle 4 del mattino). La piscina è carina ma piccola e con poche sdraio. La posizione è l'unica cosa veramente buona di questo hotel. Se dovessi tornare, non ripeterei l'esperienza.

Sara Eed: We booked a room at Hilton for me and my husband. We came from the UK yesterday when we went to the reception to check in at 1:00 am late flight and we were exhausted after a long trip. He refused to accommodate us as we are of dual nationality (Egyptian), and our marriage certificate is European. His attitude was shocking, and he asked to be certified by the Egyptian authority. Which is out of anyone's business when we have decided to get married. The point is we had been to the meridian 3 years ago, and we never got asked such a question or being in this situation. Until when you make an issue for Egyptian living their life outside Egypt and are trying to move our destination and holidays to Egypt, you make us regret. We moved all over the world and couldn't survive or take our rights in our country.We left the hotel at midnight at 3:00 am. and accounted for my husband alone for one night in a disgusting room full of smoke and smell of cigarette. I decided to take the next flight back. It will be the last.Thanks for being welcome, Hilton.
