Alaa M: Unfortunately it feels like if you left the Four Season and went to 2 stars hotel, the pool isn’t appealing at all, and the area around it isn’t clean at all, service is very slow and as if they don’t care about guests at all they don’t even apologize when you ask them to speed up I don’t think straw requires 15 minutes to be served, in addition no way to chill with kids yelling all over the place and jumping with their shoes with no directions or rulesI gave them 1 star just because of the food and drinksOther than that it’s 0 rating

Ali Maher: One of the best, finest and most beautiful restaurants overlooking the pool in Egypt and the Middle East. The restaurant is located on the fifth floor of the Four Seasons Nile Plaza. The menu is varied between grills of all kinds, tandoori and freshly baked naan bread. There are also all kinds of drinks and also hookah of all kinds. There is also a music band that offers Arabic and oriental music

salma mah: The food was less than average & the service less than acceptable . I don't advice anyone to go there based on my experience .I went with my Friend on the second day of Eid last week , no one approach us to ask us where we want to set , so as welcoming from the very start it was bad , then we were able to find a table next the pool & sat there , we waited so long till the waiter came , i asked him for his name he didn't answer so i read the name tag his name was Osama , so after we gave him our order , he said " Isn't what you guys order too much for you " then i asked him what do you mean ? He repeated the same sentence , so i told him " You guys have take away right ? He said Yes , so i told him good"I found it very rude that he even ask such a question , then he said " it will take 30 minutes for the food to get ready is that okay , we said no worries.The food took 45 minutes to get ready & when i called to ask him about it , he didn't gave us the attention , he was angry or mad & fighting with the staff about something else , which brought such a bad energy to us .When we finally got our food , he said " I was right when i told you guys you ordered too much right ? We said no we are good "Who is he to allow him self to tell us what we want to order is good for us or too much for us !! That was so unprofessional & rude of him to say such a thing & he had the audacity to say it twice to us !Last thing when we ask for the check , we asked him to take the rest of our food take away with us , he was not glad about it & when we got home we found out that they didn't put the half Cacadia that i left to take home with me nor the sauces that came with it .

Vampire Rabbit: I was disappointed with our experience here. Many of the servers were surly & one was glaring at us as he walked by repeatedly. The food was very slow to come out despire the restaurant being uncrowded at the time. The food was cold when it arrived and the order was incomplete. When we notified our server, his reaction was apathetic and he still didn't bring all the items mentioned on the menu for our order. The experience was not what I would expect from a Marriott. We never returned. The other restaurants in the hotel were thankfully much better-

P J: I tried this hotel due to the convenient location. It is close to most tourist spots, close to restaurants and the Museums. The hotel itself has a few good restaurants if you wish to dine in after a long day. The Turkish and the Italian restaurants are the two that I tried. Can highly recommend both of them. The rooms itself are good. We went for the suite with Nile view. Staff are friendly and helpful.
