Jaewon Lee: 음식이 맛있고 뷰가 좋은 창가자리를 앉으려면 좀 일찍 와야 한다. 람세스 힐튼 호텔 투숙객이 아니면 인당 400이집트 파운드를 써야하는데 메뉴 하나씩이랑 음료 시키면 금방 채운다.요리 맛은 호불호 갈릴거같지 않은 아주 무난한 맛이다

Christopher Schulz: This bar/restaurant is the highlight of Hilton Ramses. With views to die for you can see the pyramids of Giza in the distance as you see the sun set. The drinks and food mehr suited the atmosphere and I would highly recommend trying the lamb chops, shrimp and the sea bass. The added bonus is to this experience was the magnificent staff and the service quality that they displayed. Very impressed with their mise en place, especially with their wine presentation, a big thanks to the staff especially Farouk.

Коктейли и блюда были приличными. Цены для Египта высокие, но для европейцев гораздо дешевле, чем дома (можно сказать приятные цены, адекватные - для чистого и красивого места). Идеальное обслуживание!!!

Mahmoud Fathy: The most beautiful place you can see Cairo and the Nile from. It has two views of the Nile, Downtown, the Nile and Zamalek. The food is excellent and the cocktails are unique. There is a person named Hussein who makes awesome cocktails and he is international. The rest of the waiters are distinguished and cooperative. You did not feel like a stranger to them.I ate steak, fried shrimp, two Mojito, two Piña colada, and appetizers. The method of presentation is very simple, and I paid $150.Sweet music, English Arabic mix. The best days are from Thursday and Friday from 10 to 1 am. The experience is like a pleasant meal. The view, the food, the drinks, the music and the lighting are perfect.
M: Great drinks, great food, but be prepared to pay top dollar for a cigarette smoke filled lounge without ventilation. We all know Egypt has a terrible smoking habit but it baffles me why tourists come and think it's totally fine to also puff away indoors especially with no ventilation.It's unfortunate that smoke is the reason I'm lowering my rating because the food and drinks were truly delicious. Highly recommend the infusion drinks - enough of those may even make you start forgetting you're getting lung cancer.

Georgy Zabirov: Я не был постояльцем Хилтона, просто нашел этот бар на трипадвайзоре. Гостей «from outside” принимают так же вежливо и радушно, как «hilton guests”. Цены на еду, на мой взгляд, такие же, как в хороших кафе в центре Каира. Условно говоря, за 350 египетских фунтов одному здесь можно хорошо поужинать. Коктейли дорогие, как и любой алкоголь в мусульманской стране - цены начинаются от 170 фунтов и уходят в небо вместе с баром. Тут невероятная панорама на ночной Каир, обязательно порадуйте себя таким зрелищем хотя бы за бокалом вина. Из конкретики - бар находится на верхнем этаже Хилтона, лучше использовать элементарный дресс-код (говорят, мужчин в шортах/майках не пускают). Обслуживание на высоте, еда и коктейли 10/10, бар чистый и радует глаз

rebecca bailey: Some of the best steak (if not the best) we have ever eaten. I am shocked that Cairo would produce such amazing steak and was not looking out for it, but stumbled upon it. The sides were also very good. We went back again and recommended our tour group after going. Our wait staff were amazing all around, but Mahmoud Farouk (spelling?) Really left a mark with his humour.
Maria Aisopou: Nice place and location. However we booked a dinner in order to try the steak but all the steak choices were sold out. Very disappointed. So, we forced to choose sea food. It was good but overestimated. We also ordered a cheesecake for dessert and we were waiting for it about 20 mins. In my opinion it is overrated and quite expensive for what it offers.

Adel: 1. I called the place for a reservation for me and my date, wanted to make sure everything would be smooth. Was setting outside for two hours until the waiters asked us to step inside because there's a table of 15 people and there's not enough chairs! It wasn't a good situation and we decided to leave the place.2. This was a dry night starting 6PM, around 5:45PM we tried to order more cocktails and beers but the waiter informed us that they stopped serving alcohol, literally 5mins later I saw him bringing 4 beers to the table in front of us as they seem to know each others.3. I liked the food and that's why giving two stars.I will never be there again and won't advise anyone to go until they start to respect their customers. Unfortunately Egypt's service became super poor even in fancy/expensive places like this one. I am not satisfied until they make up for it.

Plus on the menu you must add a 26% in taxes and service.Lugar moderno y agradable para tomarse unas copas y picar algo. Las croquetas de pollo como en casa!.. y la paella, etc. Muy recomendable. Cargo mínimo (aparentemente solo los fines de semana) es de 500 libras egipcias por persona, y al precio de la carta hay que sumar un 26% en impuestos y servicios.

Target Center: Look.. You can never say a place on the Nile and your judgment on it is just.. Because the Nile sweetens any place and makes the mind distracted by thinking..But in general, the place is beautiful.. Comfortable chairs.. Drinks are very decent.. Service is very good.. By the way, the place is only suitable for summer, because in winter it is freezing.. Snow in all the meanings of the word..Even the customers are classy and respectful.Good luck ..
