Sarah Ghanem: I’m beyond disappointed. I wanted to have a hair color and haircut with kimi (of course for the hype around him). He did the hair color and sent someone else to cut my hair ( I wasn’t excused) and I don’t like to trust anyone with my hair but I just let it slip. The color was nice, but after the FIRST WASH turned into a completely something else! And the cut wasn’t even and was messed up. I went back to fix the cut and tone my hair ( wishing to have the old color back)! They charged me again, and didn’t even have the same color or even a closer one! I had to give up as my hair got damaged enough and Just left with an awful brassy color. I’m terribly disappointed and regretting the moment I trusted them with my hair.

Then they said "Amir" is the best !... i end up with being a red head !!! My hair is red instead of being blonde !how could anyone confuse both colours !!!Apart from this they are extremly unprofessional . Most of the staff are not wearing masks. Cleanless is average. And my scalp is hurting really bad !!Oh and amir is soooo rude and was so harsh with my hair !
Hind Al: The first thing you talk about is the price difference according to your nationality. I am sitting waiting for my turn. Three people came to me, each one giving me a different price because I am from the Gulf, without my bad Kimi psychology. And they don't care about customer satisfaction. Maybe I should mention that prices are moderate, considering what and how you are all served with.

She honestly argues a lot and was a bit annoying but did a good job as shown in the pictures.But the second time the same girl Nessma did my nails poorly. They lasted and all but looked very bad, thick, wide and god helps you if you try to ask for different shape, color or anything!It’s her main problem, she has to argue with EVERYTHING !!! from the Color you should put, shape and length of nails…etc!!!! She even refused to put color in my toes and I couldn’t argue any longer!I could see it better the second time! She has great potential but bad attitude!!! Very very annoying

Sporfian Venom: Terrible service I would give it a 0/10. As soon as I walk in I ask for the prices for my nails and they were reasonable but when I had finished they asked for more money. The staff there do not even finish their tasks. It is very unprofessional and you cannot enjoy your experience without having to move around the whole shop just to get your nails done. I wouldn't recommend it to people because I feel like all the manager is interested in is money and not how the customers feel. All this is from one experience.The shop used to be good and I did enjoy it but these last few vists were horrible. As well as the treatments they state that they are highly professional, they were rubbish they just placed oil and a plastic bag over it and wanted to charge me a lot of money!! They are better off not running a business if they do not know how to handle it. They had charged 1000 LE just to put jel on the nails (which two people were trying to use at the same time) and put oil on your hand and add a plastic bag on it. If that is what you call a ”treatment” then I don't know what is.and they want to charge you 550 Le for this!! With the experience I had at this nail salon I Do Not recommended this place whatsoever and it should be closed down. And with the service received it probably will be.

Rawia Salama: Highly do not recommend! We made an appointment and called to reschedule the time they told us that they do not make appointments which makes zero sense since because we already had one! She said just come in anytime and we will take you. When we arrived the receptionist and one of the girls were at the front desk were chatting away (wish I got their names) and did not even acknowledge us. We had to interrupt their conversation in order to get any sort of customer service. Then she proceeded to tell us an hour wait. We were so upset because of the lack of communication when we called in the morning. Abir (I believe the manager) said she would take us right away and to pick out our colors. About 20 minutes later the owner Gina (SO RUDE!!!) came over to me and made me feel so uncomfortable told me that we were wrong for getting upset and told the girl waiting on me to hurry up and not take her time with me. There are no clear prices, I think they ripped us off and upped the prices. We only stayed because we were going to a wedding but had we had nothing to do we would have walked right out. I questioned going to them because they had 3 stars - I would give them ZERO stars! Worst customer service!! They up the prices for different nail brands (so weird!!) Please save yourself time!!
Vera Halvorsen: I went twice. The first time I wanted navy gel polish, but the colour was old and transparent so they sloppily mixed it with black. I wanted glitter on two nails on each hand but they spilled a lot, leading to a bit of glitter on all nails. The second time they roughly filed two millimeters off my already short nails without asking and exposed sensitive red areas under my nails. The colour was again transparent and uneven.
