She was a bit hasty with me unlike the other people before me cause I could hear them chatting,laughing and taking their own time to discuss piercing and looks and whatsoever. I took literally 10 min and I felt we discussed the bare minimum and in a very cold way. I had great expectations you know!Anyways if my piercing heals right I will come again and pierce my other ear cause what’s important is whether the service has been done right or not. She has a beautiful set of piercings honestly and I loved them. So 4 stars just because I didn’t felt the welcoming environment. :)Next time I will try the nail service too.

Marwa Abdelaziz: Update: I paid them a visit to get my gel polish fixed. They were very sweet and apologetic. Heba did a great job fixing my nails.Service is getting worse. It used to be really good. Now a week doesn't pass without chipped messy nail gel polish. But to be fair the staff are very polite and welcoming and the place is very clean.

Sandy Mehany: First time was great and I even thought that it’s the Best nail salon.They are Clean, professional, high standard and respect all covid precautions.I did my acrylic nails with Nessma and she was very good. She honestly argues a lot and was a bit annoying but did a good job as shown in the pictures.But the second time the same girl Nessma did my nails poorly. They lasted and all but looked very bad, thick, wide and god helps you if you try to ask for different shape, color or anything!It’s her main problem, she has to argue with EVERYTHING !!! from the Color you should put, shape and length of nails…etc!!!! She even refused to put color in my toes and I couldn’t argue any longer!I could see it better the second time! She has great potential but bad attitude!!! Very very annoying
