Alaa M: Unfortunately it feels like if you left the Four Season and went to 2 stars hotel, the pool isn’t appealing at all, and the area around it isn’t clean at all, service is very slow and as if they don’t care about guests at all they don’t even apologize when you ask them to speed up I don’t think straw requires 15 minutes to be served, in addition no way to chill with kids yelling all over the place and jumping with their shoes with no directions or rulesI gave them 1 star just because of the food and drinksOther than that it’s 0 rating

Ali Maher: One of the best, finest and most beautiful restaurants overlooking the pool in Egypt and the Middle East. The restaurant is located on the fifth floor of the Four Seasons Nile Plaza. The menu is varied between grills of all kinds, tandoori and freshly baked naan bread. There are also all kinds of drinks and also hookah of all kinds. There is also a music band that offers Arabic and oriental music

We chose to eat in Bullona on the first nightUnfortunately what should have been a very special occasion for us was completely ruined by the rude bigoted arrogance of the maitre d'We reserved a table and as we were walking in he whispered to me ' this is a fine dining restaurant and slippers are not appropriate attire'I was wearing expensive black Birkenstock sandals with black linen trousers and a burnt orange linen top.I was shocked and upset.....I have eaten in 'fine dining' restaurants all over the world including top hotels in London where I am from and never been told my dress was inappropriateIn any event as guests of The Four Seasons Hotel whose reputation for first class service is exemplary it should not have mattered what I was wearing on my feetWe left the restaurant and complained to the hotel managementI was persuaded against my better judgment to eat in BullonaFrankly I'm not sure what the fuss is about - whilst the food is tasty and well presented it is certainly not fine diningThe remainder of our trip in Egypt was fabulous - a 4 night trip down the Nile and a 6 night stay at the Four Seasons in SharmLuckily the arrogant rudeness of one man has not swayed my view of the Egyptians who I found to be charming and polite wherever else we wentI am however surprised the Four Seasons allows this man to remain employed in one of it's hotel restaurants

NYALA WALKER: 5 FOOD! 3 SERVICE! Authentic Thai Cuisine! The SOUPS may have been my favorite part. The Tom Kha Coconut soup and Tom Yam Spicy shrimp were delicious and took me back to Thailand. ALL Dishes were plated and presented well and tasted DELICIOUS! We also ordered wine, spicy beef salad, spring rolls, and two entrees! My only issue was that they did not recommend the ‘Tasting Menu’ to my partner and I after seeing us order several courses! It would have been more cost effective and we would have gotten a chance to try more dishes. I couldn’t tell if it was the language barrier, racism or simple oversight on the part of our server. (We are Ghanaian, When I asked ‘why?’ no one could explain, yet it was offered to a table next door to ours) Overall GOOD experience. Just wish this restaurant was overlooking the NILE like their Italian one.
Gventures: The best Thai restaurant in Cairo! I love Thai food. I have been to Thailand, and I used to work at a Thai owned and operated restaurant in the US, so I know what the food should taste like. They do a fantastic job here! I have been several times now (living in Cairo 1.5 years, tried all the Thai spots in Cairo, this one is the best, and I will be back again). xinge yang: 这家店评分高的原因是吃饭时候服务员会要求你扫码打分。整体来说是酒店楼里比较高端的餐厅，氛围很静谧，服务员幽默风趣，味道不错，口味偏咸，上菜慢，但是小吃很不错。有酒，三五好友点一点吃的，然后慢慢喝点酒，是很舒服的。我们每人都点了主食，再加上小菜，没吃完，没点酒，人均20美元出头。The reason why this restaurant has a high rating is because the waiter asked you to scan a code to leave a review during your meal. Overall, it's a high-end restaurant located in a hotel building with a quiet atmosphere. The waiters are funny, the food tastes good but it's a little salty. The main dishes are slow to arrive, but the snacks are very good. They have wine, which is perfect for three or five friends to order a little food and slowly enjoy their drinks. It's a comfortable experience. Each of us ordered a main course and some small plates, but we couldn't finish everything. We didn't order wine, and the total cost was just over $20 per person.

Tras meternos en un sitio feo y mal cuidado, subimos en un ascensor eternamente lento sin puerta de seguridad. Al llegar nos deja en una terraza junto a unos familiares suyos y luego nos informan de que no tienen cerveza ni refrescos. Una estafa rara. Y las vistas son malas para la altura. Muy cerca de la plaza Tahrir, pero no se ve.

Glenn Stedman: I cannot recommend this restaurant.Firstly the beer is served hot, this already puts customers off.The food is average, and definitely expensive when there is a seating charge of 5 EGP /person plus t4% tax and then a 12% service charge on top. So a 500EGP meal including drink will cost 665EGP.The owner allows the cat to climb on your table to try and eat your food, no effort to try and move the cat away.Then at the end of the meal when the bill is presented the owner states that the credit card machine doesn't work and must pay in cash.This is the game that many restaurants in Egypt play and the best solution is to say you don't have enough cash, the credit card machine then suddenly works.Owner deliberately wants cash so doesn't have to pay the tax to the Government and can pocket it.I would never go back to this restaurant.

James Zhang: It’s nice to eat in a historical place such as this. However my bill was 210 and I gave him 220. The waiter did not give me change, nor did I feel it was right to ask for change in this scenario. I guess I’d say it’s that kind of place.

Jaewon Lee: 음식이 맛있고 뷰가 좋은 창가자리를 앉으려면 좀 일찍 와야 한다. 람세스 힐튼 호텔 투숙객이 아니면 인당 400이집트 파운드를 써야하는데 메뉴 하나씩이랑 음료 시키면 금방 채운다.요리 맛은 호불호 갈릴거같지 않은 아주 무난한 맛이다

Christopher Schulz: This bar/restaurant is the highlight of Hilton Ramses. With views to die for you can see the pyramids of Giza in the distance as you see the sun set. The drinks and food mehr suited the atmosphere and I would highly recommend trying the lamb chops, shrimp and the sea bass. The added bonus is to this experience was the magnificent staff and the service quality that they displayed. Very impressed with their mise en place, especially with their wine presentation, a big thanks to the staff especially Farouk.

Коктейли и блюда были приличными. Цены для Египта высокие, но для европейцев гораздо дешевле, чем дома (можно сказать приятные цены, адекватные - для чистого и красивого места). Идеальное обслуживание!!!

Mahmoud Fathy: The most beautiful place you can see Cairo and the Nile from. It has two views of the Nile, Downtown, the Nile and Zamalek. The food is excellent and the cocktails are unique. There is a person named Hussein who makes awesome cocktails and he is international. The rest of the waiters are distinguished and cooperative. You did not feel like a stranger to them.I ate steak, fried shrimp, two Mojito, two Piña colada, and appetizers. The method of presentation is very simple, and I paid $150.Sweet music, English Arabic mix. The best days are from Thursday and Friday from 10 to 1 am. The experience is like a pleasant meal. The view, the food, the drinks, the music and the lighting are perfect.
M: Great drinks, great food, but be prepared to pay top dollar for a cigarette smoke filled lounge without ventilation. We all know Egypt has a terrible smoking habit but it baffles me why tourists come and think it's totally fine to also puff away indoors especially with no ventilation.It's unfortunate that smoke is the reason I'm lowering my rating because the food and drinks were truly delicious. Highly recommend the infusion drinks - enough of those may even make you start forgetting you're getting lung cancer.

Georgy Zabirov: Я не был постояльцем Хилтона, просто нашел этот бар на трипадвайзоре. Гостей «from outside” принимают так же вежливо и радушно, как «hilton guests”. Цены на еду, на мой взгляд, такие же, как в хороших кафе в центре Каира. Условно говоря, за 350 египетских фунтов одному здесь можно хорошо поужинать. Коктейли дорогие, как и любой алкоголь в мусульманской стране - цены начинаются от 170 фунтов и уходят в небо вместе с баром. Тут невероятная панорама на ночной Каир, обязательно порадуйте себя таким зрелищем хотя бы за бокалом вина. Из конкретики - бар находится на верхнем этаже Хилтона, лучше использовать элементарный дресс-код (говорят, мужчин в шортах/майках не пускают). Обслуживание на высоте, еда и коктейли 10/10, бар чистый и радует глаз
