Ameera In Egypt: DO NOT PAY HOUSE OF COCOA VIA ONLINE PAYMENT! My husband and I ordered the chocolate fanoos from them at the beginning of Ramadan. We paid online on their website. They then called and said that they could not deliver to Zamalek unless we wanted to pay additional fees which ended up being more than the fanoos itself so we said no thank you and asked them to cancel the order. They said they would refund us but it's been 4 weeks now and we never received the refund. So i strongly advise anyone ordering from House of Cocoa to do so by cash on delivery only because they steal money from the people who pay online. And another thing, they don't deliver to Zamalek but yet fail to mention that before you order. House of Cocoa needs to work on their communication and customer service skills with their customers.

Rama Elmidany: The pictures says it all! When your craving a dessert full of chocolate House of Cocoa is your go to stop. The chocolate tastes AMAZING. I tried brownie tower, molten cake, and the bomb they were all delicious but my favorite would be the brownie tower I give it a 10/10. The bomb was so small so if your planning to share you should go with the other 2 options and give it a try. The dessert looks perfect when served with designs on the plate too. The service is fast and workers there are very welcoming and friendly.

FF “F awwa” Aww: The zamalek Branch's manager have ZERO skills when it comes to dealing with the customers. They sent me out an old/Rotten Dessert (Rotten heavy Crème) and when i immediately went to the shop so they can see it, they refused to aknowledge their fault, and instead they said that they can do nothing.I used to like the place and order from them regularly, and almost daily. But seems like they changed the place's manager and got an unskilled one ...i dont recommend dealing with them at all.
