Inghe Kapp: It would be REALLY helpful if you post the requirement to have your passport with you to enter. Some people drive a really far way from other areas to visit, only to get here and be turned away. Not a good experience and look for your company.
ayse altundal: It’s weird only tourists can get into casinos so the casinos was sooo empty 😅 it was nice I don’t risk a lot of money so I earned less than a dollar. They didn’t give my money because it’s not a paper money. Ahahahaa it’s fine..Oh, and it’s not legal to take a picture so I couldn’t.

I’ll update later on my experience when I come back. 😢 *update* I came back the next day and that prior review of how much of an A-HOLE the pit bosses are is true. 😂🤣 but the drinks are free so you get to annoy them as much as you want! I played roulette and Texas hold ‘em poker table game. Of course they only play with USD.

Hin Cheung: Decided to go to the best rated casino with my buddies. This casino is located on the 3rd floor of a pretty fancy hotel. Both side of the road/entrance has a guarded checkpoint, which is good and understandable. Certain Muslims & Egyptians are not allowed to gamblers nor step foot inside the casino.TWO Roulette tables, maybe 30slots or less and maybe like 20 tables, not all are open. First time being in a casino in Egypt, i didn't know EGPounds were not accepted, i didn't know why until it hit me. The Pit boss with a long nose was VERY rude telling us to put the EGP as if (get that s#!t out of here) and ONLY USD are welcome. Which that is the currency used in action. Floor supervisors sat in high chairs between tables to watch us which i found weird. THEY WATCH FOREIGNERS LIKE DOGs. Very smokey, but they are allow to do so. I also seen a casino employee smoking a cigarette inside the casino LOL. I definitely dont see that where im from, but i guess it's acceptable here.

J. Pal: It was probably the worst experience while I was in Cairo. The personel is rude and everything looked sketchy. If you are a tourist AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
Executive Thrillseeker: Probably the best casino I had the privilege of visiting while spending a week in Cairo. The staff here are on point 100% and aren’t shady as they tend to be in some places in the city. They’re also vegas style when it comes to it, they offer free drinks 24hrs as long as you’re playing.

Mike De Llano: Decent casino, but they take literally one hour or more to bring you drinks because they need to ask for them through room service, absurd. And also they don't bring change back, so you'll end up paying more for your already overpriced drink.

We had a group, the desk checked in half of us, then we watched later arrivals got checked in before the rest of our group, totally delayed our plan in the city. I was waiting in the lobby for an hour and twenty minutes before being checked in, no explanation, no apologies, no smiles. We felt being treated differently.

Sohabe Hashmi: Location is pretty decent and near the bustle of Cairo. Service was decent. Great hotel and lobby area, they don't build them like this anymore. Upscale feeling. A lot of shops and restaurants. There was entertainment. Food was decent. Service was pretty good.The casino was small but decent. The casino only accept USD and you can only get USD from your credit card at the casino, there are no bank machines dispensing USD at the hotel. You will not get any drinks at the Casino quickly as they mess around with you. Casino staff is different than hotel staff and are not as nice. You will need a foreign passport to enter, there no exceptions unless you look like a white foreign tourist perhaps they will stop checking you for a passport after you show them once.The room was old and run down but it was clean. The hot water stopped working on my last day and nobody had an explanation or what was really doing anything about it. It stopped and started with little pressure. This made me late for my excursion, if it was not a private booking I would have missed it. When I checked out all I got was a empty apology. For the price and stature they should have taken care of me.

In the interior you can admire the marble stairs,statues, carved furniture, romantic lighting and long corridors . Rooms are cozy,spacy, clean and nice decorated with big beds. It is a great experience.
