Hana Aly: We left our dog for over a month and were very worried about it, but the team at Mazen’s Resort made it so much easier on us! They were extremely helpful, sending photos and videos to comfort us, updating us every now on then on how he he was doing. We were so happy to find him well rested, and well socialized when we got back. I felt that he was truly given the attention he needed, and more importantly, was safe and taken care of. Thank you! Mariam Sadek: Mrs. Engy is super nice and helpful and knows how to deal with customers and do her best to provide any item they’re looking for. My only problem is they don’t accept debit/credit card as a payment method, also the location is not accurate on Google maps so hopefully they update it.
