R. Erdman: Very dishonest and unprofessional !!!!!!!I ordered a gift for my niece and paid for next day delivery after showing that the two items are available in stock. The confirmed by sending me an e-mail saying that my order is being prepared and ready of shipping. I stayed at home all day waiting for them to arrive or reach me, and they did not, so I tried to call several times, at the end, someone answered me and said “ your items are not even available in the store nowadays” ?!!!!!!. WTH .... could have got another similar gift if they had told me this since the very beginning.First and last time!

Toilets at the top floor.Lunch were good BUT over zealous, well mannered and friendly enough staff who couldn’t wait to clear the table even though we were still eating. I felt like I could not put down cutleries for a breather and they think we were finished. Asked for a spicy seafood fettuccine, but was not fulfilled. Onion soup was good n as well as other food ordered. Pricy. I wish they would consider having smokers outside the building.

Oliver Hamoui: The shop is nice, the staff is kind and trying to atract the kids by playing with the toys and showing the kids the toys (which is fair and not too oushy). The variety of toys is good and the quality better than you find in other shops. The price is the average in Egypt (more expensice than abroad, but normal prices for a shop in this class in Egypt). The service is good and they are wrapping the toy in case you are buying a gift (and the wrapping paper as well the way they do it is fine). I hope I could help with this short report ;-)
