The milk is not creamy at the normal rate of density in buffalo milk, which is not less than 7%, but it produced less and the surface of the cream was reduced. This is pre-diluted or skimmed milk. The yoghurt is the same, without a layer of rich cream, like what is made from whole milk. These are the basis of any dairy store. If these products are not good, then all the next ones are similar and weak products that depend on the ignorance and hunger of the buyer and the excess of sugar and flavors.
