J. Pal: It was probably the worst experience while I was in Cairo. The personel is rude and everything looked sketchy. If you are a tourist AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
Executive Thrillseeker: Probably the best casino I had the privilege of visiting while spending a week in Cairo. The staff here are on point 100% and aren’t shady as they tend to be in some places in the city. They’re also vegas style when it comes to it, they offer free drinks 24hrs as long as you’re playing.

Asaad Turk: Very disappointing Maha at the recption is very rude and doesn't fir for 5 star place. I told her i am Deputy CEO for one of the biggest bank in the region and this is not a good customer service and behavior she said a bank is different than a gambling place!!!!! Very disappointing

Mike De Llano: Decent casino, but they take literally one hour or more to bring you drinks because they need to ask for them through room service, absurd. And also they don't bring change back, so you'll end up paying more for your already overpriced drink.

Scott Richardson: Terrible atmosphere. Listen to the manager yelling on speakerphone for 30min at the machines, Only for the same manager to take pics of your machine that won't cash out and continue to yell on his phone then short you cash to leave.

Min Cheng: Breakfast was good.The check-in process was unpleasant. We had a group, the desk checked in half of us, then we watched later arrivals got checked in before the rest of our group, totally delayed our plan in the city. I was waiting in the lobby for an hour and twenty minutes before being checked in, no explanation, no apologies, no smiles. We felt being treated differently.

Ryan Oder: This place is an absolute dump, which has not been renovated or updated since its opening nearly 40 years ago. I’m pretty sure they haven’t refreshed the bed linens, towels, or carpets since then, either. The place smells like an ash tray and feels like a cheap two star motel. Avoid at all costs.
