Sami: This is the most overrated and basic gym I have ever visited.It's underequipped, and the machines are hard to handle and very random.There is whatsoever no relation between the machines and the rest of the equipment. It's like every single thing was bought from a random garage sale and then put on one floor.And the music is usually not motivating, it's as if it's someone's playlist they listen to when they are bored or calm (the music is very bad, usually, not every time).I would recommend trying several gyms in Maadi before spending loads of money on Samia Allouba.Overall, it's an okay gym, but I should have tried other gyms.And it has a really negative vibe!AND they make people wipe their hands with toilet paper...
Norhan Ezzat: Went there and got a tour around the ladies only section. It is in a tight area where all machines are very close to each other. Also there was a stinky smell between the changing rooms and the entrance to the equipment area. Wouldnt recommend

Gun Pay: Cycling Group session in the morning was fun. Not many people inside the club and that was good for me. Afterwork hours may be crowded, I don't know. All the work out machines are maintained except 1 running machine. Few people clean the machines after they use and that is not good ( it is about the people, not the Gym by the way!)Edit: weekends are less crowded. Good time to work out

Type E: It’s not a good choice if you wanna work out there.Quite crowded during the night and the fitting room is not clean at all 🤦♀️People there are rude specially the instructors ,they grabbed the machine for their trainees even you were training ❌The most important point:No any customer service at all when I lost my bag ☹️
Long-nosed Pinocchio: The reception center is imperfect!Sometimes they will let you sign up the membership number ,but mostly they ignored🤦♀️🤦♀️even I came here every day they can’t remember me!It’s not an issue for signing up but plz make it the same 🤦♀️

Aya khalifa: Very disappointed they made the ladies only branch much smaller and put everything in the mixed level all the amenities and views, and the ladies only is clearly downgraded. For me I only join for the ladies only branch because it had a spa and big lockers and total privacy now I have to go to the mixed to find decent showers or spa or even a decent view. Not a smart business move

Sara Yasser Kamal: I’ve been going to Hers Gym for a while now and I’m really happy with the classes they offer. They have a wide variety of classes to choose from and the instructors are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The sauna is also a great way to relax after a workout. However, one thing that I wish they would improve is their water situation. They don’t offer water in the gym, which can be inconvenient at times. Overall though, I would definitely recommend Hers Gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience.
Trekking Pals: I bought a day pass during my visit to Cairo and I was very happy with the communication via WhatsApp before getting to the gym. Nice facility, enough space and a decent amount of machines to get a nice workout in.

Karine Doche: Staff is very nice. Location is great. Gym is extremely clean. Just some constructive criticism. 2 treadmills are broken, there isn’t an elliptical which is necessary in a gym. They don’t offer towels or water for purchase which is somewhat indispensable in a gym. I am however very happy to use this gym, sauna and hot tub while on vacation here. Thank you!

Koto Qalo: Professional method of communication. Prompt and clear. They have options for classes if you wish to participate in a range of exercise options in a group or they also have a free range of equipment to use for introverts such as I. Their staff are helpful and the gym is clean, with options for the sauna or jacuzzi to use after/before the sessions. There’s a playroom for kids if you wish to bring your kids to the gym. Subscribed for a year and it was nice to use during the lockdown and winter season.

Shereen Beshr: The best gym in Egypt so far, especially Zamalek Branch Mrs. Ghada El Khodary is a great director and the staff is so professional and tends to clients needs. There are a number of foreign coaches who are nothing but spectacular very professional and very fast, I mean Zumba Instructors, but it doesn’t mean that the Egyptian instructors are less skilled, in fact most of them excel the foreign coaches. I have to commend the cleanliness and the tidiness of the place as well. I advise every woman to go and have a great deal of the phenomenal experience❤️👍🏻

Amira Azmy: It's a fitness center offering many classes like Yoga, Stretching, pilates, Zumba etc.It's not cheap for monthly package so better to got for 6moths or yearly one. They have tryouts sessions for 150 le.Also they have special classes/ programs with separate subscription like "Pole dancing&Arial Yoga". You can find monthly schedule on their Facebook page along with center contacts.As for place itself,It has only 2 showers, one toilet and one changing room. They don't have machines or spa area.

This is other than beating, and his teacher supported them on the girl’s body because of the severity of the beating and management. There is no life for those who call. God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of them.
Hunter Vot: Slimnastics gymnastics.The trainers deal with the children harshly. Their words are bad. They always insult the children with bad words. Complaining does not work. The place is very bad because it is a basement without ventilation and there is no sun entering it at all, not even daylight. Many of the children suffered from chest allergies. The administration deals in a bad way and with more arrogance and rawness .

Norman Bates: Still the best choice in Zamalek (i think there are currently no alternatives at all). But maintenance is lacking. Majority of cardio equipment does not work properly and the insistance of the staff to turn the aircondition low (even in winter) is causing a lot of unnesssary flu. Comments or requests with regard to this are usually ignored. What a waste of electric energy (and money which could be spent for maintenance instead). Staff is nice though.
