Hany Samuel: الصور بتوضح مستوى الجودة لغسالة مكملتش أربع سنين لشركة بتدعي أنها "إيطالية" وتحلي البضاعة وتجيب ممثلين في إعلاناتهم.أي شركة "محترمة" اللي شغالين فيها عندهم ضمير مهني وأخلاق في التعامل مع العملاء هيصلحوها فورًا بدون نقاش ويعتذروا عن منتج معيوب زي ده لكن المحترمين رافضين الإصلاح بحجة أني أنا اللي ركبتها بنفسي.أحاول أفهم فيهم أن مكنش ينفع اتنظر تاني حد ييجي يركبها لأنها كانت عاملة مشكلة في الحركة في الشقة وأن الناس بتشتكي وتتعب من السلم عندنا والموضوع كان فك مسمارين وتركيب خرطوم مياه وأن ده عيب منتج ردئ مش سوء استخدام لكن لا حياة لمن تنادي.عاوزين 3000ج ولما وافقت في الأول وبعدين تراجعت لأني مبحبش حد يسرقني عرضوا علي خصم، يعني ضاربين مبلغ في الهوا مش سعر التكلفة الحقيقي وينصبوا العملاء في مبلغ الصيانة اللي بيكون جزء من سعر المنتج لما تشتريه كنوع من التأمين.الخلاصة: فيه شركات تانية أفضل منهم بمراحل ومتصدقش حكاية الإيطالي دي.
