Mohamed Abdel-Tawab: يوم 15 سبتمبر رحت فرع صيانة هواوي فرع المعادي وسلمت موبايل Nova 7i عشان أغيرله باغة تمنها 500 جنيه .. وقالوا بتتغير في خلال 3 إلى 5 أيام عمل وإن ممكن يحصل ضرر في الشاشة أو مكوناتها أثناء التركيب ولو حصل حاجة زي دي مش هنركب الباغة على الضرر ده وهنتصل بيك ناخد موافقتك على تغيير الشاشة بالكامل .. عشان متدفعش تمن باغة وتمن شاشة.يوم 22 سبتمبر كلموني قالولي الموبايل تمام روح استلمه .. رحت استلمت الموبايل ودفعت الـ 500 جنيه واكتشفت ان في زجاج مكسور فوق عدسة الكاميرا الأمامية وبالتالي الكاميرا الأمامية باظت .. كلمت الفرع قالولي ان ده حصل أثناء تغيير الباغة وإنهم هيحاولوا يشيلوه .. قلتلهم ومحدش بلغني ليه قبل ما تركبوا الباغة زي ما قلتوا؟ قالولي بعتذر يا فندم والموظف هيتعاقب .. سلمتلهم الموبايل يوم 25 سبتمبر عشان يشيلوا الزجاج المكسور اللي مبوظ الكاميرا .. ويوم 27 سبتمبر اتصلوا قالولي الموبايل اتصلح روح خده .. ولما رحت مدير الفرع قالي الكاميرا متصلحتش وهرجعه تاني للمهندس يصلحه!! أومال بتكلموني عشان استلمه ليه وتمرمطوني وتضيعوا وقتي!!!مدير الفرع أكدلي انه هيهتم بالموضوع بنفسه وانه هيودي الموبايل للمهندس تاني يوم اللي هو يوم 28 سبتمبر عشان يخلص بسرعة أكبر، بس وارد تتكرر المشكلة وساعتها هيكلموني يقولولي إنهم هيغيروا شاشة كاملة .. قلتله يعني هدفع تمن شاشة تاني طب والباغة اللي دفعت تمنها ومعرفتوش تركبوها؟؟؟النهاردة 4 أكتوبر وبعد 6 أيام عمل محدش كلمني عشان أستلم الموبايل، اتصلت بيهم فين موبايلي يا جماعة! قالولي لسه هيروح للمهندس يغيرله الباغة!!!! نهار اسوح عليكم هو لسه مرحش!قلتلهم يا جماعة مدير الفرع قالي ان لو المشكلة اتكررت هنغير شاشة كاملة وأنا دافع تمن باغة مستفدتش بيها، رجعولي فلوسي طالما مش عارفين تركبوا الباغة .. قالولي الفلوس اللي دخلت السيستم مينفعش ترجع (فلوسك عند الحكومة يا لمبي)قلتلهم طب يا جماعة أنا سلمت الموبايل يوم 25 سبتمبر وكان في عرض كويس وعاوز استفيد بيه بأثر رجعي بما إني سلمت الموبايل يوم العرض وأنا مقدم طلب بكده من يومها .. قالولي لأ والله مش هينفع كان لازم الموبايل يدخل سيستم العرض ومينفعش نفعَّل عرض انتهى!!ودلوقتي أنا لا عارف موبايلي فين ولا فلوس الباغة اللي ركبوها غلط هترجع ولا لأ .. لو ركبتها في شارع عبدالعزيز مش في التوكيل مكنش هيحصل معايا ربع اللي حصل ده، ولا كان الموبايل قعد 20 يوم ولسه مش عارف هو فين .. أسوأ تجربة في حياتيرقم الشكوى ON7202209271827593IO
