D I: Impeccable. As a Marriott Titanium member I've visited a lot of Marriott and non-Marriott properties. After our two night couples escape at The St. Regis Cairo, this property is second to NONE. The service, food, decor, location are all bar raising and set the new standard of luxury. THANK YOU to the staff and Magdy Anis for making my 40th birthday such a memorable one and easily becoming my new favorite hotel! Wow.
Brooke: My husband and I took a two day trip to Cairo to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff at the St. Regis was phenomenal, very attentive, helpful, and paid attention to detail. They surprised us with a decorative room along with a cake and some treats. Dinner at the J&G was exquisite and the decorations in the hotel were stunning. I am a Marriott Platinum Elite and travel frequently with the brand. I can tell the difference between bad, good, and very good across the Marriott properties. I can say that this property is outstanding.

Елизавета: The worst place for a day-used, we paid 350 pounds per person for admission and 100 pounds minimum charge, but there was nothing in the bar except the usual tea and nescafe. They don't provide towels, I had to swear to get towels, because wherever I was before, towels were provided. There are no employees, they are not interested in whether you need something. I will never recommend this terrible place to rest to anyone.

B M: The area itself is dreadful even though from the inside, the club is good. There is no parking and they allow awful bullies outside to take money on parking there, which happened twice. There is 0 security on premise and anyone allowed in even suspicious toktoks. The staff is obviously mistreated and stressed and the facilities are in a very poor condition.Don't recommend, literally any other club is better than this.
