Bader Almarwani: I took the Torst 250 line, and the service has not worked yet, although I waited a lot for them to activate the service. How many hours did it work, and the service was gone. Even calling customer service, you don't have to wait for the branch.

B: We got served tonight with fantastic service by a guy who went above and beyond. He solved my internet problem after 6 weeks of being told by another store that I needed to buy a whole new device. I'll definitely be returning to this Citystars store from now on.

Mohammed: A very bad experience..there are no clear price lists..you will pay according to your appearance...exploitation and invoices..there is no credibility in the packages that you paid for..I never recommend buying anything..there is no transparency between the employees and there is manipulation of prices...and bill adjustments...I bought a card and paid $700 EGP and I did not find any of the international connections or internet speed..I do not recommend visiting them or buying from them at all...You should beware of visiting them
