Menna Awad: Negligent, unprofessional, uncaring, unreliable, unreachable. Because of him my beautiful dog died in so much pain and agony, his last 24 hours were nothing but discomfort and hell, all because this so-called "doctor" refused to answer my questions, help us out, flat out REFUSED TO SEE ME , LOOKED AT PICTURES OF MY DOG'S TUMORS and had the nerve to tell me they were just bumps on the skin. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL COMPANIONS HERE IF YOU WANT SOMEONE RELIABLE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING. Hell, half the time I went to him for something serious HE HAD TO CONSULT OTHER DOCTORS BECAUSE HIS KNOWLEDGE IS MINIMAL AT BEST.Careless, malicious, and a failure in his job. He ignored me a lot and I asked him for a lot of help. I used to go to the clinic and my dog was tired in my hands and needed blood tests and he lied to me and told me not to go to another clinic to do a blood test because blood tests without tests are dangerous, and because I trusted him like a fool, I believed him and later discovered that he is a liar and there are doctors like him who told me This is not true, and who is the doctor who tells you that? I sent him pictures of tumors on the dog's body to ask what it was, and he didn't talk to me for a week, and I had to go to a special clinic to pass me by, and at the end he told me, "No, it's normal, it's just wrong." He fooled me and betrayed my trust in me, and because of his ignorance and lack of concern for his patients, my dog died while he was in great pain. If this “doctor” had a drop of blood, he would have cared, but it does not matter to him, neither you nor me nor any animal. All this and after ten years, God knows what he is doing to other animals. May God suffice you, may God take revenge on you and protect us from your forms

They did the necessary with him and gave him an injection and reassured us about him and made him a bandage and when they knew that I did not have money and that he saved from scratches other than 100, but even though I was supposed to pay twice the amount Almost, but because the case is a rescue, + if they were really clever and understood his entire condition in detail, other than other doctors, for other places you can give injections and get rid of a job with the case without saying what she did or what she did. I’d specifically spot that doctor Marina helped us a lot since we rescued Goofy from the street! They refused to take the checkup fees then, to encourage rescuing and adopting baladi dogs. I’d highly recommend that place. Just put in consideration that you will wait for a while until you enter, of course it differs for emergencies.

Mariam Elsaadany: Unfortunately my cat died after visiting the British Animal Hospital in Maadi. He had a fever and they gave him a fever reducer and said he will get better. The next day, his tempreature dropped too low and died a few hours later. Another vet tried to save him but he said the fever reducer dosage was too high. I don’t recommend at all.

Mohamed Salah: I gave them my kitten to treat her from regular diarrhea, and now, best case scenario I will have to amputate her tail, or she will die due to worm infestation.They had my kitten staying over night till the stool analysis results come out, and during this period, my cat's tail was severely injured and the cause is still unknown, the doctor there told us that she bit herself.We took her to another vet and he said it's impossible that she could bite herself like that as the wounds were really deep and all over her tail.Moreover, instead of treating her before she got infested with worms when she was "bitten", they gave her to us as everything was normal, those cold heartless pieces of ****.Now she can't even feel her tail, and if the antibiotics work which is best case scenario her tail will be amputated, if not she will die from worms infestation while only being 4 month old.If you care for your pet's health, never go there.(Not going to post NSFW pictures)

Colleen Cooper: Dr. Karim is an amazing, compassionate doctor. He has been treating our dog for the past month. First, our dog got a broken femur (which was heart-breaking), and Dr. Karim preformed medullary bone pin surgery. The surgery went well, and our dog was up and walking on 3 legs pretty much the next day. 10 days later, he was showing signs of slightly putting weight on his hurt hind leg, and the doctor took his stitches out (which we had no problem with the entire time). Nearing 3 weeks of recovery, our puppy was feeling really good, and we had to take special precaution to make sure he wasn't jumping or running fast. His spirits were so high, and he was playing with us. Sadly.....one morning he woke us up very early yelping. We went to him and visibly could see nothing wrong, but he could not walk without yelping out in pain. He felt most comfortable standing, and my husband had to hold him up and in place to stand. He was very uncomfortable and in so much pain. We called Dr. Karim early, and he met us at the clinic (even though he was off because it was Friday). The doctor took an X-ray and saw that something had happened to his leg in the night. The end part of his bone had rotated. My husband and I think he got up during the night, and was just playing around like a puppy and hurt it again. The doctor gave him a pain killer shot, and told us to watch him that day and bring him back the next. However, 2 hours later when the pain killer had worn off, our puppy was in SO much pain again, we called the doctor to meet him back at the clinic, feeling hopeless. At this point, Dr. Karim did one of the most selfless things I have seen anyone do--he offered to take our dog and try to nurse him back to health at his home. Obviously at this point, it might be too late for our puppy to get better, but the doctor is giving it one last try at his own home. We are so thankful for the hard work and effort Dr. Karim has shown our dog. I recommend him to anyone looking for a vet.

Because my cat DIED!! That's why!! We took her to another vet when she was dying because by then we were 100% positive you guys don't know how to diagnose and she died the same day!! Stop practicing veterinary medicine if you wanna save lives for real!!!!My cat died because this so-called "vet" was so full of himself that he even refused to do a very simple test that could have helped diagnose her disease early on. She had feline panleukopenia and he insisted it was absolutely nothing but "إلتهاب بسيط في المعده""a very simple stomach inflammation"!! Her condition kept declining real fast because he was giving her the wrong medication. I almost forgot to mention that he actually left us to his assistants because he is too important a vet that he had to travel!!! If only he had done the test!! By the time we took her to another veterinary clinic, it was already too late. They tried everything, but the virus was already in the final stages. A very poor being suffered to death because of the typical Egyptian negligence and the "I'm too good syndrome"Long story short, Ramy Eissa is no diagnostician, and will never be able to properly diagnose your pet.حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Carolin Laska-Stittgen: A very nice and friendly staff and wonderful vets, both Dr Ramy and Dr Omar, fully devoted to my dog who brought along many issues from his early childhood and they still take time to listen to all the questions and concerns and answer everythjng. I also saw them with other pets and clients and they are always friendly and competent. The treatment is of highest standard. Five Stars for Modern Vet clinic. I fully recommend it.

I had a bad experience with him (Dr.Aziz), just as i had a worser one with you. You might want to check your whatsapp for my conversation with you, where i was begging you to save my dying dog, and i came to your Maadi Clinic specially from Zamalek, like i went to Dr.Aziz whose clinic is far away from my home (5th settelment). The ultraSound results that Dr.Mostafa Fadel have done were unfortunately incorrect (Foreign bodies inside his intestines) , i have done another ultrasound and guess what?! he had a severe Pancreatitis case.So, Honestly speaking, i am seriously disappointed by how my case was handled by you, specially that you were recommended to me by some foreigner colleagues who live in Maadi.And I have read all the reviews you have on Google Reviews, and i was very optimistic thinking "i have finally found the vet who will do his best to diagnose my pet" and drove to Maadi just for that reason.You didnt ask for Xrays, Ultrasound, i was the one pushing to have anything done just to ease my pet's pain, since he was not improving, but deteriorating and lost a lot of weight, going from 34kgs to 26kgs.I would never forget that while you knew that my dog was nearly dying, neither eating nor drinking, and that he was breathing hardly and panting, you didnt even seem to care..Feel free to block me. I would still share my experience with all the vets i have been to who were uable to properly diagnose a pancreatitis case, and just telling me that the dog is in pain because he wants to get married!

Mohamed Zada: Dr. Bishoy operated on my Golden retriever a few weeks ago. Everything went great. Dr. Bishoy is an excellent surgeon and a wonderful human being. I highly recommend this hospital.

Yara AlGezeiry: I will give a 5 star only for the Doctors who are really good especially Dr. Beshoy and Dr. Nermeen . But the receptionist is obnoxious. She doesn't want to put in any effort. I needed to call the garden city branch to find if they had a vacancy for accommodation and asked her to do so, since the case is transferred from their branch in zamalek, and she said its not her duty and said you ask the doctor to call them. Then what is the job of the receptionist? Two dogs peed in the reception during my 1 hour wait and i asked her to ask someone to clean it, she said the assistant is busy with the doctor. After 30 min When dogs and clients were stepping on the pee, someone else asked her the same, she said the assistant is busy and I wont clean it up myself. So unhygienic for a clinic or hospital. A foreign client came in and pointed it out she said oh...I will get someoone . She didn't do anything. The doctor came out into the reception and saw the mess, and instructed the assistant to clean up.She is a bad image to the place.

Manar Mahmoud: A place that is not qualified for veterinary medical care. The most they know is to give vaccination to dogs only. Unfortunately, I went with my cat to them for treatment. My cat stayed with them for 10 days, and she was with them every day for a day. We have a Devalite solution, because unfortunately it is incomplete and the import is stopped. When I left to go and go, I bought a rehydration solution for her. They told her that they give her glucose and they will give her now.

Dj Hani Tadros: I just called asking for rescue for a street dog, who got poisoned by someone and I offered payment and the operator totally refused even to pick up. simply an innocent 3 months dog dying and no one wanna help I even asked him to recommend any other clinic or rescue who might help and pick up the dog he says rudely; you only can bring him to us. I had no car BTW !!
