umi: I have been postponing this review for so long but since I am still suffering from the aftereffects till this moment, I must share my experience. I had a severe type of acne problem so I went to this clinic hoping I could start a journey where I can treat my skin better with professional help. The first visit went really well, it was mostly consultation and putting on a treatment plan, I also had schedule a laser scar treatment for the next visit. During the first visit, I‘ve asked if I should be prepared for anything during the treatment and they said that I don’t need to be prepared for anything and that they will provide me with cold packs for the pain and such. During the next visit I waited too long for my turn and when it was finally my turn they took me inside and made me sit on the chair, not prepared for anything, the doctor went on with the treatment that didn’t even last for five minutes. The pain was unbearable I still remember it, but I kept it in thinking it will help with my scars especially my chickenpox scars, after he was done I found out that this treatment was only for my acne scars which was not something I was informed about. The doctor disregarded me and my presence along with my treatment and just left me with a burnt face. I still don’t understand his reason, it was like dropping a patient by poor treatment to keep up with the next. There was no assistants, nothing to relieve the pain, just nothing. At the reception they prescribed me a topical cream I should put on my face (which was burnt at the moment), and I could get it if I can buy it from them, which I didn’t do because I was not informed of this even though I‘ve asked in the first visit. I was in shock and I left with unbearable pain, my whole face burnt unable to understand anything. Mind you I was on isotretinoin so you can imagine how sensitive my face was back then. This five minutes burning session did not help with my scars at all and not only that but it gave me new scars that I still suffer from and on areas I didn’t even have any scars or got acne in, along with a memory of a very terrible experience I can never forget every time I look at the scars it caused.Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone or trust them with someone I love.
