Ch Tarek: Failed, non-professional doctors, who do not understand anything about medicine, and I think that most of the reviews on doctors are fake and exaggerated statements, and in the end you will find a doctor who does not understand
Hebatallah Assal: Worst way of dealing with doctors.They charged me a penalty as they claimed that I did noshow to a patient that came to my clinic which didn’t happen.They also charge me for insured patient that falsely reserve as cash patient .However, when the patient come, the patient uses his insurance claim.They don’t have flexible solution plans for any problems.
Dental Talented: The worst application and customer service, anything that requires the pharmacy, sends them something completely opposite, and when you ask for a refund, no one crosses you, bang your head in the wall after that, or go talk to the pharmacy from you to them!? What is the benefit of the application, and I am not supposed to solve your problems? I wish you would hire more professional people than this, because honestly, there is nothing worse than this

Then they camcel the order by themselves without telling me what a shame the problem is that this application is a medical one and they dont respect their customers

ss mm: They don't show negative reviews!I had a bad experience with a clinique that wanted me to be cured by a non certified doctor and when I wrote that to vezeeta review system (with proffessional and accurate words) they didn't show my review on their page. I called them to complain about that but they still didn't show it with no reason except that they probably only show positive reviews!
Heba Wahba: worst customer service , i called the pharmacy customer service team , the agent didn't have any info , no intention to help , gave wrong info and wanted to hung up quickly and asked me to wait for another call from the pharmacy to send me the link to payapparently she transferred me to another colleague from the same department without him knowing anything and he also gave wrong info and said he will check and call back and he never did
Unizuka: Booked a heart doctor and when I got there, they told me she doesn't work in the morning, and then sent me to a general doctor.this is a disaster.

Yehya Abd-Elaziz: By God Almighty, you deserve a rating of fifty below zero due to the bad treatment and bad behavior. I demanded medication at 3 in the morning, and I was supposed to arrive at 11 in the morning. May Career community: Asphalt service and lack of credibility The last experience with orthopedic doctor Ashraf Lotfy at Speed Clinics Heliopolis was ugly. From him and spills my name and weight, and after the visit, he cancels the reservation to prevent me from evaluating the visit. The esteemed company, Vezeeta, did not take any action, even though I complained to them 3 times, but no one did anything because the bacha is not called a doctor. It is clear that they have a publicity motive to prevent any comments Negative about him, but God is witness and he will not allow him to the day of religion, the doctor. This is an experience that will not be repeated, and the last treatment with Vezeeta after all these years

Kevin O'Connell: This is the lowest quality of care I've received in my life. Doctors don't follow through on serious diagnosis, they lost my lab results (twice). My appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled with little to no notice.
Taher Hezbor: the attitude of NSA the medical lab contracted with Tabibi was not professional and I doubt they followed the minimum standards of credibility and professionalism and so the lab result of my little son was not correct and i had to repeat the test in a different lab and different center after the incorrect diagnostic by the Tabibi Doctor and as a result medical my son still suffering and his case got worse. yesterday I made this complaint about it by a phone call they promised to call back after 2 .hours but they did not

Depan Mandalia: The worst service ever, lab results took 3 days when they told me next day, tabibi did not follow up at all with the lab knowing my 6 year old was ill and we were worried. I called 4 times in 3 days and was always told they will call me in 30mins and no one called back. The only reason I got my results and a next consultation with the doctor is because I said I will come to the office or speak to my embassy. - on another not the doctor was good and had answered all questions we had. Maybe it's the egyptian way.
Dina Naji: Was impressed by the wait time according to appointment as well as cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. However, my son's ear infection went undiagnosed causing him unnecessary pain for several days. Follow-up is great however.
Ms. Melissa Balan: Had a home visit for my son a few weeks back. Doctor arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. If you plan to submit the receipt for reimbursement through a medical plan, you may want to ask them to not check home visit unless you know your coverage includes home visits.

Ahmed Shehata: This is one of the worst medical centers I've been to. Unprofessional service specially blood test, it took them two times of trials to take a sample and it didn't work.
