When I returned to Egypt, I opened the box and found that the mobile phone did not work, and the battery swelled and pressed on the screen and appeared in the external shape. Fortunately, this branch was visited and they received the mobile. They said that the phone will be replaced from 6 to 8 weeks, and today I received the device The new one # Note that only 25 days have passed from the date of checking the device and I got the new mobile 👌🏻

Karim Bahgat: The worst experience ever, bought screen protector and a cover for my new iphone 12 pro, screen protector for EGP550 and a clear cover for EGP350 surprisingly and in less than one month screen protector was full of air bubbles and the cover turned to be yellow!!! When reach the store the sales man told me comfortably “just use it and replace it later! “ bought again both much more cheaper and they are ok. Just don’t visit this place to save your money.

Ahmed Salem: Worst service ever, I had a battery issue with my MacBook, so they said that they would change my battery within one hour, I gave it to them, they said that I have another issue with the IC Charging, although the MacBook with working perfectly but would last long without the power cable..*** They said one hour, and now it's more than a week and I didn't yet receive my MacBook! I'm calling them every day, telling them to just forget about the battery, just put everything back to normal as it was.And still they couldn't fix it and also they broke it and can't get it back to the same state they received!And now I'm stuck with my work because of them and YET I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE MACBOOK. Muhammad Warda: Very disappointing experience. Here is what happened:1- I called the store the day after black Friday to ask about Iphone 11 the agent gave me the discounted Price as the one that was shown on the website.2- I went to the store next day to buy the same Phone (I was under the impression that the price was still discounted as I checked the website again before visiting) then when the agent made the payment (using Premium card) I realized that it was the original price not the discounted one and the agent did not even care to clarify that before making the payment he just did it and surprised me and when I confronted him he claimed that he told me in the last phone call that the discount will end next day (which was not true) then when I replied back he claimed that the discount was for cash payment only I replied back that he did not even mentioned that either, again he claimed falsely that he told me in the phone call. I stopped arguing with him as I was going to buy it anyway but I did not like the dishonesty and the manipulative attitude. One more thing he sold me a charger for the phone and when I got home, I found the seal was already broken. The agent I am talking about is called Karem.3- I am really disappointed with the experience and I really don’t recommend this store, instead I recommend dealing with Apple authorized resellers as they will at least abide to Apple strict policies and procedures.

Ahmed Mansour: WARNING: The prices they post on their Facebook/Instagram pages aren't real.It's just a trick to get you to come to their shop. Once you're there, they tell you that the price they posted was only for the iPhone in the color "red" and that this particular iPhone isn't even available in the shop (how convenient...) so they'll "place an order for you" 🤦♂️. Yeah right. According to them, iPhones in different colors vary in price. For me, they added 1000 LE more to the price posted on their FB page when I bought the blue color. Then the salesman tries to force you to buy the accessories for ridiculous prices.Don't make the mistake I did and not call them before hand to confirm the color, storage size, payment method, and price for the model you want. I'd even go a step further and record the call. You never know what excuse they'll come up with next.You have been warned!
