Haliem Abugsisa: Absolutely terrible people, total lack of respect to customers, I phoned and asked about an item and it's price, they confirmed the availability and gave me a price, accordingly I travelled to them straight away from a very far place only to give me a price that is more then 3 times what they quoted less than 2 hours ago!!! The funny bit is that he was very cool about this, he actually started by saying: not very good news, the price has increased!!!Sickening indifference and nonexistent care for Human beings not just customers.I wish I could give minus 5 starts
Pepe Carrillo: I took my guitar to lower the action (which should be relatively quick). I was then told it would take an entire day and I could pick it up at 10 am next day. At noon next day I called and was told it was still not ready and I could pick it up the next day at 10 am. In the afternoon if the next day it was ready for pickup but the action was only mildly lowered.
Violinist - Maged Mamdouh: He has everything and he has delivery and respectable people, but it is very expensive than normal, and he says that there is no return to purchases unless it is not working because of a manufacturing defect, you only replace it!! Although legally you have 14 days to return anything if you have an invoice. In general, a good place
