xinge yang: 这家日料和旁边的一家店共用服务员，生意不温不火。味道还行，不算惊喜也不算踩坑，属于平均水平。我们两人随便吃了点，人均10美元。This Japanese restaurant shares its waiter with a restaurant next door, and business is not very good. The food is okay, not a surprise or a stumble, but average. We had a simple meal for US$10 per person.
Seema Sheth: This is one of the worst sushi places I've tried. The service was poor, no hostess to seat us, no one took our order until we asked, they just totally ignored us. No server other than the sushi chef. The sushi rice was poorly cooked and had no flavor. The salmon was not fresh. The miso soup came without tofu, and when I inquired we were told they were out of tofu. But they never told us when we ordered it. I returned the soup and told him he should have mentioned it to us, then the couple next to us ordered the soup and he didn't tell them either. To top it off, after making our meal the chef left the restaurant to go elsewhere, came back and didn't change his gloves or wash his hands and made the next person's order. Yuck! This was really not a good representation of the hotel. Very disappointed.

chez San: Sushi is not an level of 5 star hotel restaurant because of very low rice quality and too big rice size while too small sashimi size on rice and the lack of wasabi on sishi(I believe this chef doesn't have confidence of wasabi), end up very low sushi quality compared to high price in 5 star hotel's restaurant in the perspective of the man (me)who used to have sushi or sashimi every weeks for entire life. Their chef do not know how to make sushi in a high-edge class. I heard they used to have japanese chef but no more have him. To be frank with you, The chef who do not experience to eat good sushi should not know how to cook sushi very well. It is kinda native sense. That is why I respect the restaurant which have japanese chef who experience raw sea food for entire life. I believe here sushi quality is as similar as mori and garnell sushi but some good quality garnell and mori branches are better than here. and the Fuego in zamalek is better than here. If I were you, I won't go here to eat sushi.In addition, There are mamy useless menu make-up such seafood soup which is not an japanese style but egyptian style and etc.However, Fried rice is very nice. And the service by waiter and manager is wonderful and the mood by beautiful interior and cozy light are like 5 star hotel's restaurant. and hot noodle is so so.In summary: I wouldn't recommend you to eat sushi here. but You better go to mori sushi in citystar because of cheaper and same quality.The restaurant need someone who review their food make-up and quality.------------------------------------I visited again here today.Quality is still bad as same as it was.* Refer to pictures which shows you not agood quality of foods here!!!!!* What I mean is that compared to high price and their concept which looks that they pursue to be high-end Japanese restaurant but in reality, They don't have fresh and high quality of raw fish and doesn't know how to use wasabi and cook rice and make suhi with proper size of ricebut still providing good service and have excellent mood with luxurious interiors.Good news is that new japanese chef just arrived.I wish they achieved to improve enough quality ASAP to be suitable for high price in 5stars hotel.* Right now, Quality is very similar to mori sush or garnell sushi but they provide these with reasonable prices but here never!!!!In summary, I don't want to waist my money here but I will visit again because they scouted japanese chef.If they can't improve their quality with japanese chef, They better get rid of sushi and sahimi corner and run tepanyaki only due to quality issue because it would make customers feel unsatisfied with price and the expectation of 5stars hotel restaurant, which should be better for intercontinental hotel I think.

Reem Maqlad: I went try out Mori Sushi Official for there open buffet in Waterway 1 in ramadan and it was more than amazing! The entire experience was great. There was a very wide variety of sushi and salads, and the food was delicious. I fully enjoyed my experience the managers were more than friendly and very helpful! They refilled the food more than once and the quality was amazing the entire time. It was an overall very satisfying experience.

Yomna Elshenawy: The place is very small and cozy, its location isn’t the best to be honest. I loved the sushi presentation, hight quality ingredients and also very fresh. The staff are respectful and nice and their prices is very affordable compared to such an amazing taste. Would definitely go there again and i recommend it specially if you’re on a budget.
osama farouk: One of the most amazing places to get all your sushi rolls you like the staff there are friendly but sadly they don't have any electronic payment yet the sushi ingredients is so fresh while the prices there is reasonable

Ed Wrede: SACHI Heliopolis was the spot I took to take my wife on her birthday, during our Cairo trip.Unfortunately, SACHI didn't live up to my expectations.The menu was available online and I suggest everyone review it beforehand.I ordered the filet mignon while my wife had the mushroom risotto. I ordered my filet medium and it arrived rare-blue. The texture was great, but not what I ordered and I didn't want to send my dish back while my wife ate alone.Her risotto was HEAVILY over-seasoned and almost difficult to eat it was so salty.We ordered 2 mocktails as drinks which sounded amazing but the lemonade mocktail was almost undrinkable it was so sour and the other was unremarkable.My "from the heart" fondant dessert was just SLIGHTLY over-cooked which meant the inside was congealed instead of flowing out when the outside was broken as one hopes for from a fondant.We ate at a number of amazing places during our stay in Cairo and while I don't feel SACHI was bad, it was meant to be a highlight and just didn't turn out to be unfortunately.
