xinge yang: 这家日料和旁边的一家店共用服务员，生意不温不火。味道还行，不算惊喜也不算踩坑，属于平均水平。我们两人随便吃了点，人均10美元。This Japanese restaurant shares its waiter with a restaurant next door, and business is not very good. The food is okay, not a surprise or a stumble, but average. We had a simple meal for US$10 per person.

Seema Sheth: This is one of the worst sushi places I've tried. The service was poor, no hostess to seat us, no one took our order until we asked, they just totally ignored us. No server other than the sushi chef. The sushi rice was poorly cooked and had no flavor. The salmon was not fresh. The miso soup came without tofu, and when I inquired we were told they were out of tofu. But they never told us when we ordered it. I returned the soup and told him he should have mentioned it to us, then the couple next to us ordered the soup and he didn't tell them either. To top it off, after making our meal the chef left the restaurant to go elsewhere, came back and didn't change his gloves or wash his hands and made the next person's order. Yuck! This was really not a good representation of the hotel. Very disappointed.

chez San: Sushi is not an level of 5 star hotel restaurant because of very low rice quality and too big rice size while too small sashimi size on rice and the lack of wasabi on sishi(I believe this chef doesn't have confidence of wasabi), end up very low sushi quality compared to high price in 5 star hotel's restaurant in the perspective of the man (me)who used to have sushi or sashimi every weeks for entire life. Their chef do not know how to make sushi in a high-edge class. I heard they used to have japanese chef but no more have him. To be frank with you, The chef who do not experience to eat good sushi should not know how to cook sushi very well. It is kinda native sense. That is why I respect the restaurant which have japanese chef who experience raw sea food for entire life. I believe here sushi quality is as similar as mori and garnell sushi but some good quality garnell and mori branches are better than here. and the Fuego in zamalek is better than here. If I were you, I won't go here to eat sushi.In addition, There are mamy useless menu make-up such seafood soup which is not an japanese style but egyptian style and etc.However, Fried rice is very nice. There was a very wide variety of sushi and salads, and the food was delicious. I fully enjoyed my experience the managers were more than friendly and very helpful! They refilled the food more than once and the quality was amazing the entire time. It was an overall very satisfying experience.

I ordered my filet medium and it arrived rare-blue. The texture was great, but not what I ordered and I didn't want to send my dish back while my wife ate alone.Her risotto was HEAVILY over-seasoned and almost difficult to eat it was so salty.We ordered 2 mocktails as drinks which sounded amazing but the lemonade mocktail was almost undrinkable it was so sour and the other was unremarkable.My "from the heart" fondant dessert was just SLIGHTLY over-cooked which meant the inside was congealed instead of flowing out when the outside was broken as one hopes for from a fondant.We ate at a number of amazing places during our stay in Cairo and while I don't feel SACHI was bad, it was meant to be a highlight and just didn't turn out to be unfortunately.
