The forensic lab report proved that the fire was caused by the electrical connections to the hood, and there was no reaction or interest from the company.. My brother tried more than once to communicate with any official and did not succeed because of the intransigence of customer service.. And the last joke is that they offered him to buy Another suction from them and they will make a discount for it..
