Fuck Off: The guy is sleeping all the time. I did order from him a nail clipper 5 times, but he never got it for me. He just hibernate and get his pay check without working.

C: I think this is where I got my Chihuahua from 17 years ago! He lived to be 16.5 years old. He lived a good life and was very loved and spoiled. We moved to the US in 2010 and brought him with us. I miss him dearly, he was such a wonderful dog and I’m so thankful for this shop for selling him to us.

Ishwara Ehab Aref: First time to visit the place. I took the cat for hair clipping, nail trimming, bathing and vaccinations. I came to receive it, after three hours, I found half of its body wet and only part of the hair was shaved, and the exhale did not cut. Although I told them not to cut his tail, I found it trimmed. Very bad service, but the place smells horrible. I don't recommend going there.
Bado Amin: The place is perfect with a good service and you fan find everything you need there.The vet is actually good, knows how to deal with pets and seems to be good at what he is doing.I needed a dry food which I couldn’t find at so many pet shops in egypt but I managed to find it at this shop and even with the normal price with no overhead (which people tend to add in those cases)Would totally recommend dealing with the shop to have a good service.

Mohamed Tawfik: Worst experience ever with a very materialistic and commercialized Vet , dishonesty and unprofessional staff attitude, misleading and wrong information about the pet dogs they sell, they don’t accept to return purchased pets next day, they most welcome to take back pet without returning the money without hesitation , they don’t give receipt nor bills , all stuff work together as one team to set a trap for customers. Please Do not purchase pets from them , do not purchase fish or fish tanks, do not ask for information they will alter the answer to buy you extra stuff or for their own benefit, they make use of the situations and they change the prices according to your attachment to the desired pet.

Hesham ELASHKAR: Horrible experience with their vet. Very bad and inexperienced person working in grooming and after raising comments on his faults and mistake and attitude to the owner he didn’t say rather than this is the best one we have here 😉. The vet is very dirty especially where they make showering for pet and lack of any aspect of hygiene. I shocked from the quality and attitude to the extent that I took my pet after rubbishy hair cut and took him to another vet for shower. Never to visit again.
