The American International School in Egypt: what do users think?
Nasraldeen Adam: very good
Amal Mahmoud: Bad management, awful communication, low standard teachers, to cut it short, it was the biggest mistake I ever done!RUN.
BLU Hero: The best thing is that it is very cheap, at only 20 million ❤️
Hassan El-Sobky: They stole Hussein
mina rawhy: وجهة صحيحة جدآ يوجد اكثر من مدخل وحرص تاام ع الإجراءات الاحترازية
Xlightseptic X: I am bus driver.........................Where is school?........................Help.
Ezzeldin Salem: One of the best options for a decent education in Egypt (maybe 2nd only to the CAC but at half the cost!). My son (now in Grade 12 😊) joined the AIS since KG1 and it was a wonderful 14 years long journey. We never regretted it. One of the very few accredited schools in Egypt, and they do take their standards seriously. We always felt that our son was in a safe hands. Thank you AIS for great 14 years 🙏
Adel Ba Wazir: موقع مميز وراقي
Hossam Kandil: This was a good school. Now, it is becoming one of the worst schools. I withdraw my children this year out of this horrible school. Please be careful, do not enroll your children in it. Teachers are low quality. Mainly from Egypt or Middle East, difficult to deal with. It is a bad school. Hossam Kandil
Youssef Youssef: I am a student in this school and the learning system is awful and there is 0 teacher support and one teacher Mr Islam Hassouna does not care about grades and he could care less if you fail
Dave Chow: Met Kris Achter a few years ago and did not have a good impression of him. He was impatient and defensive. Not the best place to send your children.
Omar Kashef: Bad quality of studying , 6 years in the school & the child can’t read well , don’t recommend it at all
Malak Kobesy: I am a student there
MAHMOUD MOUSA: Need 5 stars
Mahmoud Soliman: I’m in the school
Rana Saeed: One of the rare schools in Egypt that implements the American education as should be
Selim Hafez: Amazing
Samuel Saad: The American International School in Egypt has been one of Egypt's leading schools since it opened its doors to its first 240 students in 1990. Today, AIS Egypt has two campuses, with a combined student population of over 2000 students.AIS Egypt is a member of Educational Services Overseas Limited (ESOL), a group of ten American and British schools spanning six countries and three continents. A tradition of educational excellence drives our future.
Mezo Hamdy: In secondary
Ahmad Ghanem: horrible system defending yourself gets you a suspension for no reason
Samar El Labban: Good school with a clean environment. It helps students to work independently. Teachers are helpful.

New Cairo British International School: what do users think?
Mohamed Omar: Excellent
Serkan Solmazer: One of the best international schools in Cairo
Alaa Afifi: A high level International school offering a full British Carriculum.
عادل سعد الخضرجي: amazing
C. Shaaban: Deeply unimpressed with the campus, management and care. I have no idea why this school continues to be listed and mentioned as a top school. If you want to be ignored as a student and parent this is the place. RIDICULOUS registration fees of $8000+ US - non-refundable and is not applied towards tuition. Please don’t waste your time or money.
Mohamed soliman: Good
Ayman badawy: A great educational edifice
محمدجميل ابوعفيفي: Their prices are very overrated
Hamdyhssein Hssein hssein: excellent
Angel Cielo: If you care for your children's development and looking for a place worth every penny of your hard-earned money, look somewhere else. This is not the school for your children. Evidently, there are also misalignment between the school management and the teachers. Maybe I was not lucky, but it was a painful experience for me and my children. I do not consider NCBIS as a real institution for learning.
Atef Ahmed: Distinguished school
G O: Long hours, low pay and local HR team got to be changed.
Maria Karen: ززرزرز
Man Steel: Outstanding school
Emanuela CORSO: One of the best schools in Cairo

Rasha Hamdy: I know that this school is an excellent school and it is good to work in this school as i have 17 years of experience in teaching and working at the international schools
Abuadam Ahmed: مدارس حديثة وراقية
Karima Elsayed: I tried to contact them , but they accept only foreigners passports, not egyption , racism and the good news , there vision is to keep there school clean from egyption and they are in egyption land , shame of you and that condition not clear on there web cite , thats kind of education who grow up citizen fall of racism and violance

Cairo American College: what do users think?
Kenneth: Attended CAC from 2004 - 2013... Best school that has shaped me into who I am today. I can vividly remember the days I hung out with friends I made on the first day I attended! It would be awesome going back and seeing the place like I've seen it. I will never forget this school for all it has provided me.
Maxwell: Great school graduated in 1632
Amanda Henline: This place was just amazing, best school ever!
Janice Moore: One of the best experiences of my life. The culture, students and faculty helped me to assimilate into the culture. It also helped my future education endeavors and I now have two advanced degrees. It will always be "home" to me and I look forward to returning. Thanks for the memories!
bret larson: Went to third grade here in 1972. Learned judo and Arabic, not enough to spar or hold a conversation but for somebody from a small town in the prairies of Alberta it was a change of pace.I also learned to read. I was having a problem with reading as my school in Canada was trying a new age experiment. When you read in class you were to substitute words for their synonyms. This had put me behind. The cure was read every night with my mother. Seemed to work fine. This object lesson has stuck with me all this time. Its not rocket science. Thanks for showing me how to learn.
Explore MyHood: Vibrant school with strong multicultural mix. Great in academics and welcoming to new students from many countries
jonathan sawa: This school was special, i was there from kindergarten till highschool graduation. I wouldn't have picked anywhere else to go. Class of 2008
Mai Badr: Unforgettable. I'd love to repeat it.
Elena Baca: It was a real privilege to go to CAC and be part of the Maadi community in the seventies. I lived in both Maadi & New Maadi when there was barely anything there. I don't think any of us realized what a tight and long-lasting connection we were making within the CAC community. Many of us are still frequently in touch with friends & teachers from then. When I tell people that we traveled to Europe with French Club, cross country/track, or VB team, they don't believe it.I loved that I could just walk to my friends' houses, that there were events on school campus even during the summer, and that if I forgot a book after school or on weekends, I could jump the school fence and get it! We were there before any serious school security at the gate or even dress codes, which is wild to think about when I visit now. I recall walking around in bare feet even! No shoes, no problem! Ma'alesh! See evidence below. I spent 11 years of my life in Egypt, 7 of them at CAC. It was an unforgettable and wonderful period of my life.
dalia sultan: Best school ever!
Baris Meurer: I like.
Bilal Sandeela: I have nothing but good things to say about my childhood years at CAC.
Omar Mohamed: Great School
Abdelrhman Adel: It is good colleage
Mike Staley: Professional, family orientated, integrity of leadership, and children come first. Great school to learn, grow, and form lifelong friendships.
Xuefeng jin: 儿子游泳比赛的地方 美国🇺🇸老牌学校 设施完善 老师优秀 学费也很高,
Islam Salah Montaser: The most expensive school in Egypt
Kristen Potter: Pretty campus and great education.

Marine Nabil: Rude staff , I went to apply to my son and after finishing the application one of the staff came to me and said there is no place as the students siblings occupied all the places so why you asked me to fill the application from the beginning, really unprofessional way!

Its reputation and standing in the community grew quickly and as the school population increased, improved facilities were built, culminating in a recent move to an impressive state-of-the-art campus in New Cairo. Marwan Ziada: I am cool come join
Nomad Gallery Egypt: This is one of the best schools in Egypt . Top quality education
Omar Hussein: Bisc used to be a good school. If you want any proof of this notice how poorly written the other reviews are. As a former student I can say that at one point every single teacher was British. Now its all Spanish (even the principal) or other ESL speakers because they cost less. If you want the best ask the British Embassy where they recommend British teachers to teach. As of about a decade Bisc has not been on that list.

Nomad Gallery - Zamalek Main Branch: what do users think?
Steve Martocci: Wow, Nomad was a pivotal stop to our trip. Not only is the collection of goods fantastic and well priced. The owner Mr. Alef is one of the kindest souls we’ve ever met. He recommended us trusted locations to visit (His cousin’s famous silver shop is a must). Make sure to stop by it’s a special place.
Ibram Ibraheem: Calm and classy place
Jason Cleck: Best shop around Cairo for authentic gifts - purses, scarves, silver jewelry, drink ware, etc. I mean pennies on the dollar cheap! 100 yards from the Marriott Casino!
stephanie lohmann: Lovely place with a good selection items. Everyone working there was very welcoming and considerate, I really appreciated their honest pricing policy. They deserve a worthy visit and more. Would recommend this place as the best souvenir shop in Cairo.
Samer Darwiche: Very kind people and excellent selection of products. Also a very nice place to meet alike thinking people.
Fernando Cavalcanti [Substitutes]: Very nice shop with beautiful, authentic and well made products. The Bedouin items are beautiful and intricately made. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices are shown on the items and are very reasonable given the quality of items. It was a pleasure not to be pressured to buy anything or to have to haggle for 15-20 minutes. We highly recommend if you want to buy authentic products.
Yasmine El Nawawy: Excellent shop. Lovely gifts with good prices and a big price range so you can choose the price range most convenient for you. I was met by a staff member and by the owner and both were very friendly and decent and the owner treated me to a gift.
Emily S.: A wonderful place to shop with kind staff and so many beautiful options.
Linda and Robb Hoiseth: My friends and I had an amazing experience at Nomad. The selection is amazing, the prices fair, and the staff are so warm and welcoming. If I ever find myself back in Cairo, I will definitely return.
nourah buarkah: يجنن المكان تحفه
Judith Martin: I love this store. The beautiful items, the atmosphere. I visit everytime I return to Cairo and everytime there are new finds to be admired.
sabrina negri: Um tesouro de lugar, escondido na região de zalamalek para comprar lenços, lembrancinhas, peças vintage e artesanais. Fica no 2o andar de um edifício na região de zalamalek. São muito atenciosos. This is a treasure place to bye hand made and vintage things. Located on 2o floor of building on zalamalek. So good attendance.
Sandrine Coin: Petite boutique très sympa
Nathaniel “Kuwait Funds.” Benneth: Great.
Sayed AbuBasha: كويس على قدة
essam hassan: Masterpiece
D. C.: Lovely atmosphere on the second floor of an old Egyptian apartment filled with ethical and fair treasures. All items on sale are handmade and by Egyptian artisans & crafters. We bought many things from here but the most special was the rug we purchased for our apartment. It was a little too large and the owner told us not to worry and come back in an hour. He miraculously weaved it to the right size himself. Definitely a wonderful experience. Can’t recommend enough.
Will Clark: Locally sourced goods are hard to find in Egypt. This is the place to do so.
Tony Indindoli: Very nice collection of crafts art. Relaxing quiet atmosphere to shop, and they are very helpful and welcoming.
Sherif Said: Excellent service and craftsmanship! Definitely recommend if you want to get authentic Egyptian souvenirs.

Cairo English School - CES: what do users think?
Ahmed Amr Shaker: One of the most reasonable international schools, with very healthy teaching atmosphere
T D: This very nice school with an amazing staff and teachers and a very nice campus.
Bassant Kamal: No special needs cases is accepted which against the law
Ahmed El Kholy: My kid school for 4 yearsWas great options and a clear decline at all fronts have been seen.Sorry for that, yet still one of the few schools who got foreign teachers
Pip Meyers: The building design is stolen from a renowned school in Alexandria.
Not Sky: mid
Noha Haggag: Perfect school
Mira Zaky: Amazing school. One of the very few schools in Egypt where teachers really care about the students.
Adam: Amazing school. Teachers are very professional and they care about the students. Managed perfectly.
mo BILO: Pretty bad except for the teachers, teachers are kind and good at teaching, some of them
timber land: A very useful and wonderful school in the educational field
Malak Badr: This year is much better than the other years there is very good education and time management, I recommend this school for everyone.
John Elius: No wonder they need teachers all year round...
Narelle Watchman: It's a good place to work
Bothiana Khalifa: Unfortunate we met a very unprofessional , not excellent deal when we passed the admission process . As we took in November date for primary interview FS1 ( 2nd of December 2020) and then for group interview at 2nd of February 2021 after we finished it the admission staff told us that if your son accepted he will be on waiting list 😳This process cost me much time and effortN.bI asked the administration before the start of that process about the available place and they said yess sure .I assumed much respecting for our choice for your school
Everett Expat: New teacher beware. Place is really poorly managed, treats teachers terribly, and overcrowding of classrooms kills any chance at learning for students. Just wanted to let anyone thinking of accepting a position here that they are forcing teachers to come into school against COVID safety guidelines and putting everyone's health at risk. The school won't honor your contract when it suits them not to and you'll be coming in on your days off frequently just to keep up with your workload. Avoid at all costs.
Mohamed Soliman: Very bad administration and management
Judie Fadly: im a student here and i have alot of great teachers
Hossam Waly: Nice School
mohamed kassem: Very decent school with professional staff and a promising IB department
Ahmed sayed: I used to be a student in this school several years ago and honestly this school is a good example of money wastage , if you are someone who is willing to throw millions into thin air then send your children to this school.

The Fighter: 5 months sgo I had much higher expectations before my son joins! Unfortunately, the school system has been disrupted upon the fees conflict between the school and ministry of education. They separated new classes from old ones when not only the level of education and social level dropped, but also the adminigtrative shortcominc worscncd. They are, originally, complicated com pa red to American syslem schools: they send '1 5-minutes reading emails to delivers information that can bt literally, delivered in 2 sentences. In general the school campus is clean and well maintained. Now, l'm leaving and I hope they get well soon :)
