Alaa M: Unfortunately it feels like if you left the Four Season and went to 2 stars hotel, the pool isn’t appealing at all, and the area around it isn’t clean at all, service is very slow and as if they don’t care about guests at all they don’t even apologize when you ask them to speed up I don’t think straw requires 15 minutes to be served, in addition no way to chill with kids yelling all over the place and jumping with their shoes with no directions or rulesI gave them 1 star just because of the food and drinksOther than that it’s 0 rating

Ibram Hossam: Terrible experience with the manager who lacks every sense of problem solving. There's been a misunderstanding about the headcount at reservation but his focus hardly shifted away from placing the blame on us and towards actually seating the surplus of guests. Once we got to discussing possible solutions, two alternatives presented themselves effortlessly. Needless to say it's obvious enough never to belittle the frustration of an angry customer even after an agreement had been reached, which he later did, it's undoubtedly unprofessional.

Dina Taha: I went on a Friday. The venue is an open space that overlooks the nile, and service was nice, however, I think it is a bit overpriced. Your minimum charge won't even cover the price of 2 Stella beers!I think there are other places that can give you better value. If you don't mind the price, you do you, especially of you are into belly dancing shows. I enjoyed the show and the performer was very sweet, but it was hard to follow since there isn't any platform for her show. The performer did visit our table a lot tho.You can hold your events there, like engagement parties, anniversaries, birthdays.. etc. The crew is helpful - although sometimes they mess things up, I think because of the work load. I only saw them on a (busy) Friday night, there were 3 birthday parties and one big engagement party and honestly the crew were doing their best to cater to everyone.I don't think it'll be one of my favorite places because I don't like to party a lot, but it's a nice place if you enjoy partying and want to do so in an open space.

Christopher Schulz: This bar/restaurant is the highlight of Hilton Ramses. With views to die for you can see the pyramids of Giza in the distance as you see the sun set. The drinks and food mehr suited the atmosphere and I would highly recommend trying the lamb chops, shrimp and the sea bass. The added bonus is to this experience was the magnificent staff and the service quality that they displayed. Very impressed with their mise en place, especially with their wine presentation, a big thanks to the staff especially Farouk.

Коктейли и блюда были приличными. Цены для Египта высокие, но для европейцев гораздо дешевле, чем дома (можно сказать приятные цены, адекватные - для чистого и красивого места). Mahmoud Fathy: The most beautiful place you can see Cairo and the Nile from. It has two views of the Nile, Downtown, the Nile and Zamalek. The food is excellent and the cocktails are unique. There is a person named Hussein who makes awesome cocktails and he is international. The rest of the waiters are distinguished and cooperative. You did not feel like a stranger to them.I ate steak, fried shrimp, two Mojito, two Piña colada, and appetizers. The method of presentation is very simple, and I paid $150.Sweet music, English Arabic mix. The best days are from Thursday and Friday from 10 to 1 am. The experience is like a pleasant meal. The view, the food, the drinks, the music and the lighting are perfect.
M: Great drinks, great food, but be prepared to pay top dollar for a cigarette smoke filled lounge without ventilation. We all know Egypt has a terrible smoking habit but it baffles me why tourists come and think it's totally fine to also puff away indoors especially with no ventilation.It's unfortunate that smoke is the reason I'm lowering my rating because the food and drinks were truly delicious. Highly recommend the infusion drinks - enough of those may even make you start forgetting you're getting lung cancer.

Цены на еду, на мой взгляд, такие же, как в хороших кафе в центре Каира. Условно говоря, за 350 египетских фунтов одному здесь можно хорошо поужинать. Коктейли дорогие, как и любой алкоголь в мусульманской стране - цены начинаются от 170 фунтов и уходят в небо вместе с баром. Тут невероятная панорама на ночной Каир, обязательно порадуйте себя таким зрелищем хотя бы за бокалом вина. Из конкретики - бар находится на верхнем этаже Хилтона, лучше использовать элементарный дресс-код (говорят, мужчин в шортах/майках не пускают). Обслуживание на высоте, еда и коктейли 10/10, бар чистый и радует глаз

P J: Awesome Turkish food. The starters were fantastic, mains brilliant and dessert was heavenly. The fresh mango juice was so good with bits, I could have had another glass. Overall, the place was divide, worth a try if you are in the neighbourhood. We ordered Hünkârbeğendi for the main and hunkar begendi dessert. The bread is divine, service is excellent and so is the ambience.

Kim Stephanian: This is a really special place! We were staying at the Kempinski 3 nights. On the 2nd night we tried this restaurant and loved it so much we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else the following night. The plates were gorgeous, the restaurant was gorgeous. They brought jasmine water to the table to wash our hands before the meal. The wine was lovely. Everything we ate was delicious. Norhan Ezzat: Very nice setup for Sohour in Ramadan with a local Egyptian band, dancers and tanoura.Food was really nice too. It was quite entertaining and our friends enjoyed it alot.I came here twice before. 1st time we had the Italian menu and the pizza was amazing. 2nd time we had mixed grill but the food was not fresh at all.Overall it is a nice place to have dinner by the nile and it is usually quite with only a couple of tables around.

NYALA WALKER: Went to a great Party here!! GOOD VIBES!!Nice POOL overlooking the NILE but a bit small! Good location right on the Corniche. Facilities are pretty well kept. They provided towels and umbrellas and the food was also tasty and reasonably priced.
