Caroline Ghobrial: Terrible experience. Not organised at all. The secretaries give contradicting information. One says we can’t book ahead and you have to book weekly and then you find all appointments fully booked. They keep asking me for the suitable timings for me and they promise to call me back and they never do and suddenly they call me saying we have an appointment tomorrow!!They have very few good doctors. They say all doctors are good but they are lying and you end up finding appointments with inexperienced ‘doctors’.

Pathetic.
