اللهم ارزقنى برزقك: I swear to God, the dirtiest air conditioning company, Bint Deen Kalb Company, and they are all fraudsters. They brought me an air conditioner that worked for two days and broke down.
Ahmad Al-Menshawi: The worst air conditioning company, accusations with new air conditioning that did not work for two months. The warranty is 3 times, in which there are problems and they humiliate the unit. Hopefully, there will be appointments per week and continuous postponements in the height of summer

Ahmed Salah: We bought several Acs from this company and all of them after a year started showing problems and noise and fan issues. One of them have a problem with the air supply pressure motor and we called the service several times and all in vein. Now that AC is sitting there useless on the wall.They just sell u bad products and everything else goes down hill from that. Customer service is the WORST on Earth.Don't buy from POWER. Go to the reputable companies like Sharp and Carrier. Stay away from this company.
Raafat: very bad ac company, they sent a maintenance guy who broke my AC fan!, why do they hire idiots?? beside they sell me a very ineffective AC, have to let it on for years to cool 7 meters room..

mohamed abdo: Procrastination in maintenance, even though the device is in the comprehensive warranty. It is an unprofessional treatment from customer service. Every time you contact them, they mention that they will rush the relevant department with an e-mail, and that someone will communicate during the next few hours, and no one ever calls back. A very bad agent. I recommend complaining to protect the consumer and not buying from them either. Carrier or Media to save your money

Passant El.Agroudy: One of the most disappointing and stressful experiences1. We ordered a device on 29/8 from Miraco Nasr city (distributor)2. We got a worker assigned to install it on 1/9. However, he was unable to do it for 2 hours as it's only the second device he ever installed. He left after disassembling the device.3. We complained on 2/9 and the company sent another worker on 5/9. The worker refused to mount the disassembled device due to missing pieces and said he will report it to his superiors and respond the next day.4. We had no response for 2 days now.Currently, we have a disassembled device that is not functional and no air-condition. We would like to request a new device and an installation asap. Please help!

Danny Boy: After 2 months to approve a mere 500 EGP discount on a new AC because they haven't had spare-parts to my 10 year old AC (which started leaking 3 years after it was installed!) and the only solution is for me to buy a brand new one. I showed the room to the engineer after going all the way and he said it wouldn't be safe for them to install it and I'm going to have to remove the whole window for "safety" every time maintenance is needed. We settle on a date to check the room out live, which I'll have to pay for of course, and I specifically said they have to call me 2 hours earlier. Little did I know I wasn't being clear enough, the installation guy called me 30 minutes before, and when I explained he said we'll have to reschedule. The call center is useless, they said the same thing after speaking with the branch. Definitely going with another brand! Thank you for the waste of time and energy.Service:Install AC
