Umm Muhammad: They overbook appointments so if they tell you an appointment time they do not honor it. you will be waiting at least 1 hour because they have accepted too many people. Today i waited 2 hours and saw many people upset and waiting for a long time. Finally i had to leave because i was going to miss the ishaa prayer and i was tired of waiting. The first time i came here i waited over 1 hour but tonight was ridiculous so i will not be returning. The doctor is very nice but the wait time makes me decide to find another doctor.

Dima Kamal: Unprofessional receptionists!! they are not wearing masks and when I asked them to put their masks mahmoud the receptionist( in rehab) gave a bad reply and ignored!! They are not even asking the patients to put their masks and some of them might be seeking the doctor because they are sick of COVID!! I don’t recommend it at all!!!

محمود عبد الحفيظ: Can I know about changing the joints from someone else's experience before?
Khaled Maktari: Despite the declared opening hours (10am-10pm), the doctors are available only on two days a week and for only two hours! Hence neither the examination time is enough nor the visiting days are adequate.. This defeats the purpose of the Centre existence.I suggest the doctors to be available every day and for 4 hours. Doctors can have one or two days break per week. I personally travelled for one hour from El Doqi to the Centre, then had to wait for half an hour despite making an appointment and was seen for about 10 minutes!! Until now my problem remains Unsloved and the pain still the same!
