I placed an order, received the order details, and set the payment method to pay at the office (as one of the payment options on the website).Suddenly (within less than two days of placing the order), I noticed that the order details had been changed to a higher price (in my current order), and the customer service simply stated that you should have paid within two days, and because you didn't, the camera was sold (which is wrong, the product has just changed in price).When I told one of their customer service representatives that this undermines the credibility between your store and the client, she replied, "You know the prices are currently changing!"Now I only have one option: to proceed with the same order I already placed,d but at a price increase of nearly 4000 LE!I wish I had carefully read the reviews before dealing with this, and if I have to pay ten times the price, I will gladly do so, but with a trusted team.I will file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, hoping that such stores will stop such behavior with customers by taking advantage of the current economic situation.
