He made promises. We would give you a massage session and suction of the thighs. Unfortunately, the technician does not have it, and worse than that, after the operation, you go back to your area and ask to communicate to find out what is wrong. They delay appointments and you travel on the basis of reservation. The coordinator tells you, “Sorry, the doctor has operations.” She gives you an appointment at night. She speaks to you in the morning. Heba Youssef: The standard of the hospital has remained poor, the staff is extremely cold with patients and unprofessionalism, and the doctors are not committed to clinic appointments. When I tried to file a complaint, the administrator also did not sit at his desk for a long time. Likewise, someone is waiting for my complaints, and he is not available, and the reception is not cooperative at all after waiting for me. For more than an hour, my appointment was from 10:00 until 11:00 until 11:00. I canceled the reservation and went to another hospital. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with Dar Al Fouad for years. I decided today that I will not enter it again.
Olga Noskova: Horrible, emotionally traumatic experience,irresponsible employees(not all, yet many, to be specific); the cost of the service is unreasonably high, absolutely disastrous finance department with pricing errors beyond 5k. They didn't accept my written complaint and never responded to the verbal, although promised.

Asem EhaB: Not recommended Hospital at all. Very bad staff, especially the nurses and the technicians. They are uncooperative and careless, we were asking for extra two blankets because we were two persons and there were only just two blankets during a cold winter night, the nurse staff didn’t respond to us, although I asked them a lot of times. I was obligated to pay the nurse a 20 EGP as she was asking for it in a roundabout way and still, she didn’t it until I ask the doctor to force them to bring it! The heater wasn’t working, the tech man came after a long time and he failed to fix it. Most of the electric weren’t working. We paid for 2 persons, although there was only one bed. Everybody you meet and he is doing you a service (which you already paid for it and paid it expensive and overpriced) is waiting and asking for money in an improper way. As I said not recommended hospital at all

نور الهدى: حقنت فيلر عندهم وكان ردىء جدا وظل ثلاث سنوات تحت جفونى مما سبب لى تشوه في الوجه والجفون وكل شوية اقنع نفسي ان الفيلر سوف يذاب ولكن لم يذاب ابدا والدكتور الباجورى رئيس قسم الجلدية لما روحت له واسأله عن نوع الفيلر وانى عايزة اشيله كان في منتهى قلة الذوق وقال لى الفيلر ده مش من عندى مع انه هو اللى حقن لى الفيلر بنفسه .. والله ندمت جدا انى روحت لهم... لم انعامل مع حد قليل الذوق كدة.. ومش هروح المستشفى ده تانى أبدا... وكمان فيه ناس كتير ماتوا في المستشفى ده
